On the whole is good. However we face some difficulty when we trying to explain to the reception counter about our luggage bag to be deliver to the next Hotel nearby same area. Fortunately we manage to talk to another reception male who can speak and understand English. We go through the application and make payments in cash of Yen person 2180. Next time we can ask the Kyoto station tourist information counter to delivery for us.

The receptionist responded quickly, was friendly and was very helpful in sending suitcases to another hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean. Really recommended. We will provide drinks and light snacks when you enter the hotel. That's really good.

The location is very remote, it is difficult to find the location of the hotel via google map. enter the lane. Hotel rooms and toilets are very narrow. no other entertainment facilities, the breakfast menu is very simple.
