Everything is perfect

The horel chaged me an extra fees from no where!!! The said it is taxes while os included by hotels.com price, i raised a complaint to Lagoona beach hotel management and till now waiting for my refund for the extra amount.

We really enjoyed our family time together

Wonderful room. Nice and big. Full kitchen. Great view. Hideous incomplete and abandoned construction zone next door. No usable beach - dirty from birds kept on site and flock of ducks. Birds smell bad - smell carries into the water park.

My wife and I loved Lagoona Beach Resort. The staff was very professional and concern with my needs. The hotel arranged my pearl diving excursion. I was bummed out when I left the hotel that was my best experience at any hotel.

This beautiful hotel has amazing big indoor/outdoor pools and kids game room with PS5 and pigeon feeding, ping pong g on the beach and roaming peacocks. It’s a paradise! Only disappointment was no hot water in our showers. Otherwise everything is wonderful and big spacious apartments with comfy beds.

Everything was great I love it all. One thing that I didn’t like is the bed that made noises.

Worst management team I ever met in my 15 years experience of hotels. Stuff was great, place was good but mangers attitude and manners are garbage, awful and terrible. My advice find another place to enjoy ur trip.

Check-in was frustrated. Confirmation was not sent to the hotel before the check-in time.

Absolutely no mention of it being the only building inside a huge, unfinished building site, strewn in litter and chaos. Miserable views of derilect buildings and mess. Avoid at all costs. A shame as its a lovely building.

Doesn’t deserve 5 star rating. More like an unkept 3 star hotel. Staff very friendly, but place is not clean.

The room was classified as sea view, in fact its not completely sea view, so i think they have to announce that there are complete sea view but with other prices to be clear for the guests.
