Decent room for price, it seems renovated recently.

I accidentally left a BOSS polo shirt after a two‑night stay and contacted the hotel right away. The staff were kind and responsive, but it was never found. I can’t say what happened, but wanted to flag this for fellow travelers—especially those flying to the island and unlikely to return soon: double‑check your room before checkout, as recovering lost items may be difficult.

Trouble with humidity control and air conditioner- carpet always damp and a bit worn. Great location, breakfast and awesome staff!

Hotel Nikko Guam will be one of our favorite hotels in Guam. The Gun Beach, Facilities, Amenities, Warm and Friendly services of staffs are wonderful! Nice place to stay to relax and enjoy. They have Water server in which is convenient as well. The room is so wide and elegantly designed. Thank you Expedia & Hotel Nikko Guam!

it was a good place for a quick getaway

Outdated and rooms leave a lot to be desired.

Overall stay wasn’t too bad. However, the bed was extremely hard. The location of Nikko is one of the best. The views are amazing as well. Just for me personally, it’s a bit overpriced for what you actually get. The tv was really old and you can only watch the channels that they provide, unless you bring your own laptop and hdmi cord.

Only problem was the bidet was not working but other than that perfect place and awesome rooms with a view!

Nice place, but the carpets are badly worn down with some holes and runs in places. My room was nice, and comfortable, but was very musty smelling. The refrigerator kept things cool, but nowhere near cold. Not good in that heat and humidity. A microwave would've been handy for leftovers from meals, but without one I didn't take leftovers and food was wasted. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Great tasting food and many options across many ethnic palates. Every staff member I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

Great location, friendly staff, and very clean. Hotel looks aged and probably needs some upgrades.

AMAZING. Get the big room. You won’t regret it. Lounge access and everything. The only place I would stay except maybe Tsubaki next door but Nikko premium rooms are hard to beat. Everyone was kind and helpful and this would be my first choice every time if I can help it.

There are loooots of ants...on bed, table,floor and in the cup...awful...

The room needs renovating but overall it was a lovely stay. I would definitely stay here again.
