The front desk ladies and gentlemen was extremely polite and very friendly. Excellent customer service and the restaurant staff was fantastic also.

Ms. Moore - Operations Manager was accommodating as well as Georgia who was very helpful at the time of booking. Ensure what is advertised is accurate on this site. Omlettes were good. Would have liked more local fruits that were available in the area. Male server was exceptional...name starts with D, may be Damanique?

The staff was excellent, breakfast was filling, property clean. Check-in was arduous, but the front desk staff was pleasant and made every effort to alleviate the situation. Note that there is a two hundred dollars refundable incidental charge that can either be paid in cash or held against a credit card, it cannot be held against a debit card as I learned the hard way. Expedia does not explicit provide that information. Overall it was a good stay. Quiet property, beautiful view from the balconies, lovely pool deck with a Jamaica-shaped pool. Close to the town and many eating areas.

Great hotel in a stunning property with really friendly staff at reception. Had an issue with bathroom shower which sprayed onto the wall and then the floor - apparently a result of bath/shower design so the staff couldn't help. Otherwise had a great stay with good food, although the restaurant was pricey. Would stay again though.

I enjoyed the 3 days spent at this hotel,very close o the beach and to vist places of interest.

I checked out the hotel a day early and they refused to refund my money they told me I booked through Expedia so I have to reach out to Expedia and Expedia is now telling me the hotel doesn’t want to refund my money for the night I did not overall the hotel is in a good location close to all the other beaches and rivers but the rooms need updating and bug control they have roaches that’s why i checked out early

Room service was super slow, breakfast delivered to room in takeout box instead of crockery and silverware. Couldn’t get coffee until 8:15am as coffee not ready. Room service wasn’t available for breakfast as short staff (apparently only 2 staff working). Lunch in restaurant took over hour and a half to 2 hours when only person in restaurant dining. No normal chair in room to work from laptop and none available in hotel. Front desk very rarely answered phone, to keep calling. Hotel could do with providing kettle in room so guests can make coffee themselves. Hotel should be DOWNGRADED TO 3 or 4 star. Very disappointed, would not recommend!!

The room was clean and the staff was nice.

Everything’s exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were upgraded. The bed and linen comfortable and soft and the staff were amazing. That Jamaican breakfast was awesome and the servings ample. Everybody should try those chili wings on the lunch menu - simply dynamite.

Well maintained. Staff was amazing. Room dated but clean and provided everything i needed, mosquitos are plenty probably need to a big spray like Gee jam as they are in the same area and i didn't experience mosquitoes there and it was within a day.
