There’s only one elevator in the hotel. Location is good.

Very nice breakfast and the service was outstanding. Anything we needed the staff was quick to jump at what we needed. Lovely experience.

Would be nice to have a refrigerator or at least access to an ice bucket and ice.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am extremely satisfied with their service, the facilities, and the central location. Will definitely return here if visiting Quito again.

The Sheraton Quito was a wonderful hotel in a good location. The food was excellent in the restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was quick to help and anticipate my needs. Beautiful lobby. My room was spacious and had nice toiletries.

Walking in nearby park and Botanic Gardens in the pleasant Quito weather was a great start to our short Quito visit prior to flying to the Galapagos.

The peoples

Don't go to this hotel, in the next room there were people taking drugs, partying with prostitutes, we couldn't sleep, we didn't complain either because we were scared, they could do something against us! Staff at the front desk, very rude! Horrible experience in a hotel that is supposed to be one of the best!
