Unfortunately, the bedding was not changed from previous guest. Very disappointed to find human hair in bed and bathroom.

Lovely staff very comfortable rooms, would give 5 star but it was very noisy until 11pm. Also breakfast was overpriced, swimming pool fantastic!!!

The the shower sewage was not draining. We had to call for room service, otherwise, they wouldn’t do it automatically.

The showers in the standard rooms are leaking heavily, it is impossible to take a shower, the bartender doesn’t know hospitality standards, the receptionist is very rude, the worse branch of Radisson Blu ever.

Unfortunately the toilet had a bad odor coming out otherwise it was comfortable. Out of town so to be in the centre where restaurants and activities are you have to drive or take a taxi

Nice location, great view over the city. Misunderstanding regarding airport pickup on arrival so we were swindled by local taxi driver. Our bed was broken when we checked in shortly after midnight but it was promptly fixed by a technician. We used the car service owned by the owner of the hotel for 3 whole days, 2 days with a great new car but the last day to Tibilisi we got an old car which had a flat tire half way through, but our great driver fixed it and we got to Tibilisi safely. Would stay at Radison Blu Yerevan again despite some issues.

The location of the property is good around is green recaption desk staff are ok another staff are not very friendly breakfast is normal and parking area is good
