Zaihn at the reception allowed us very early check in and was kind enough to allow us late check out. She was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. The room was clean, large soft towels, two complimentary large bottles of water, coffee/tea area, safe and fridge available for use. Only complaint was the shower kept flooding when we used it. Breakfast included was a vast choice of items and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There's a one minute walkway to get you into the grand Mall next door. Would definitely stay there again!!

When I checked into my room, the toilet had been used and not flushed/cleaned, and the kettle was not working. Otherwise my stay was okay and I liked the proximity to the mall, restaurants and places I needed to visit.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. I especially love the close proximity to the shopping mall, which offers everything a traveler needs. Great location for my pre-cruuse visit.

I am writing to express my complete disgust with the level of service I experienced at your 3-star hotel. From the moment I made a reservation to the time I checked out, the staff displayed a lack of professionalism and care. I requested a late checkout and help with my suitcase upon arrival, both of which were not fulfilled. The reception staff were unhelpful, indifferent, and even rude. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with sheets not being changed and delays in cleaning. The blackout curtains were falling off, the AC stopped working, and the shower was clogged. The lounge staff made me feel unwelcome, and the manager was rude. The overall lack of hospitality and disregard for guests' needs and comfort was appalling. I will be advising others to avoid this establishment. Sincerely, A disappointed guest.

Very well located for business in Bagatelle. Easy access to a mall. Wonderful surrounding ambience.

The hotel is dirty and full of insects and bugs in the room. The hotel staffs are not cooperative nor helpful. I complained about the ants and bugs situation since day 1 and asked for partial refund of remaining nights because I did not want to stay there anymore and the staffs are really good at avoiding refund. They make up so many excuses to stop me to see a manager. 2 more nights until check out, I desperately asked for refund again and they said the refund manager is on vacation for 3 months so they could not do anything. Don’t ever stay here! Also they love to add small charges to the room and don’t tell you until the last day when you check out.

Not clean

It is a very good location. Everything about the place is good. I think, slightly high priced. Could be better if prices are r-looked at.

Except the check-in, which was delayed, everything was perfect.
