This is a very good hotel. Staff super friendly. Highly recommend.

햇볕이강하게 들어오는 룸 암막커텐을치고 에어컨을켜도 룸온도는 낮아지지않아요 에어컨은 매우 작고 온도 조절이 안됩니다 호텔은 오래되서 그리 좋지 않았고 프런트 젊은남직원에게 2시간뒤 돌아와 쉴테니 룸청소를 서둘러 해달라고 부탁을 하고 호텔옆 사찰을 투어하고 돌아왔더니 청소가 안되어있었습니다 그는 너무 무책임했어요 쉴수가 없었습니다

The hotel is nice but when we booked the information said: breakfast included and when we get the confirmation said: breakfast for 1. At the hotel, they want to charge us for the rest of my family (they give us only 1 breakfast per room)

The manager and staff go beyond the call of duty and the hotel is a real pleasure to stay at. I had several places in Mongolia to go to with the hotel driver as I did not want to use the local taxi drivers and he was very efficient timely and safe The front desk desk lady Otto was very helpful and knowledgable. She also helped me to find my way around Ulaan Batoor with very good directions The manager was alos on hand to answer questions and arrange trips Very enjoyable stay

バスタブはありましたが、栓がなかったので水筒を蓋代わりにしました（笑）お湯はしっかり出るし、シャワーは横からも出て、凄かったですｗｗｗ ファミリールームはかなり広かったです。

Da migliorare sicuramente la colazione. C'è sia quella di tipo orientale che americana però troppo ripetitiva e con poca frutta fresca. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Rapporto qualità / prezzo buono rispetto ad altri hotel in zona

1階にコンビニがあるのはとても便利だと思います。お部屋も広く清潔感はありましたが、モーター音？の様な音が一晩中聞こえていたのが少し気になりました。 ウランバートル市内中心部はとても渋滞します。タクシーでの移動は時間がかかるので、歩いての移動が多かったです。 スフバートル広場辺りの観光がメインだとちょっと距離があります。

두번째 묶은 곳인데 처음에는 이정도는 아니였는데 청소도 안된방을 주지 않나 바꿔달라고해서 바꾸기는 했지만...복도에 등도 안켜져서 어두워서 손전등을 껴고 다녀야 하다니 이제것 머문곳 중 제겐 최악이였습니다.도대체 별 4개는 누가 주는 건지 참으로 의심스럽고 궁금하네요. 하여간 정말 불쾌한 여행이였습니다

전반적으로 좋았다.호텔 내에 편의점이 있다는것이 더 좋았다. 청결하고 복도에서 나는 향긋한 향수 냄새도 좋았다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 분명 한국어 가능하다고 써있어서 예약한건데 한국어 잘하는 직원이 없었다. 그리고 또 한가지 이정도 규모의 호텔이면 당연히 있어야 하는 비데가 없었다. 인천공항에도 있는 화장실 비데가 호텔에 없다는건 너무 아쉽다.

바로 아래 편의점 있어서 좋아요! Cu편의점이라 한국인이 특히 좋아할 것 같아요. 심지어 연세빵도 팔아요.

침대도 푹신하고 객실이 되게 넓어요 화장실 수압도 쎄고 어메니티도 좋은편이고 청결합니다~ 가성비 좋아요 햇살이 잘 들고 노을 감상도 했어요

시내 관광 중심지에서는 살짝 벗어나 있지만 국영백화점, 서울거리 도보 10-15분 도착 가능합니다. 프론트에서 영어 소통이 조금 어려웠고 일행 중 다른 방은 온수 문제 등 이슈가 있었지만 방 교환해주는 등 처리해주었습니다. 1층에 CU있어 간단한 물품 구매에 편했습니다. 방 청결이나 어매니티 등은 기본적으로 잘 갖추어서 사용에 큰 불편은 없았습니다.

비교적 깨끗한 편이고, 가격도 저렴한 편입니다.

방이 정말 넓고 좋았는데, 조식은 맛이..영 아니었어요 ㅜㅜ

Bon hotel pas trop bien situé il vaut mieux résever cote Sheraton Hotel la nourriture (Breakfast et Diner) n'est vraiment pas terrible la palme au petit dej qui invite à se faire un café dans la chambre. Clim tres capricieuse et presque impossible à régler dans la chambre Pbm connexion wifi dans la chambre qui se résout dans le Lobby ou la connexion est alors parfaite Bcp d'enfants dans cet hotel (le tarif surement) est donc pas mal de bruits le soir, eviter le 14eme étage la salle de diner est juste au dessus et les bruits des chaises et des courses des enfants sur le carrelage est juste épouvantable (j'ai d'ailleurs demandé à changer de chambre le jour de mon arrivée). Bon séjour sinon c'est un pays tres sympa a visiter
