Everything was great but they need to check the areas around the window frames, there’s signs of leaks. Property maintenance and inspections should be improved.

Excellent service, professional personnel especially the waiters in the dinning room, Salvador is excellent, Fatima, Norberto, Ramon, Cristina all of them give the guests a great service. Recepcion so helpful during check in/ out. In the rooms some updating is needed. Overall excellent hotel

If it's for one day or several this is bar none the best experience. The people are awesome, they remember your name and drink order. It's the attention to detail that wins every time.

Very satisfactory room climate

The only place I stay when I come to San Salvador. Its a quaint hotel, with all the right amenities, the fitness center is spacious and the on site beauty salon is a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at Barcelo three times, and it never disappoints. The hotel staff are friendly and always willing to assist with anything I need. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food options to suit all tastes. Rooms are consistently clean, comfortable beds, and the VP room is definitely a plus. The location is excellent—close to restaurants and bars, and within walking distance to the mall. It’s also in a safe area, which adds peace of mind during your stay. Highly recommended!

Loved the upgrades! The gym could use more floor space. It’s very cramped and a lot of old machines. Better with less machines and more free weights and space.

Staff is wonderful… amazing experience

My room was very clean everyday, laundry always on time. Staff is the big difference, they will make your stays amazing.

The room was super clean and the housekeeping personnel was very attentive. Everyone in the staff was nice, proactive and made our stay warm & welcoming.

We paid for a 4 person stay, however we were given a King bed and a extra bed that barely fit one person. Luckyly 2 of them were children and they barely fit in the King Bed. This was not informed beforehand. Other than that the stay was good.

Excellent location but the hotel needs to be refurbished, the elevators are scary and smelly. The rooms look very old.
