Had an amazing time, 100% will try my hardest to return. Here are small things I wish I knew ahead of time: —Quiet hours are NOT strictly enforced. Sometimes live music will be going past 11pm. Not a big deal but if you have a small child maybe request a room away from the stage area. —Avoid going on a “shopping excursion” on May 1st, everything is closed for the national labor holiday —Sargassum / sea grass is definitely a thing on the beach however they work tirelessly to take care of it. The beach is very swimable and safe. Had a great time, the water is relatively shallow for at least 50 meters from the shore —There are non-resort vendors on the beach. 99% of them are professional, polite, and cool. One in particular was very pushy and basically came across predatory. Would have preferred to know this ahead of time to avoid this specific beach area all together. There is a LOT of beach to walk and most of it is just open without any vendors it’s just a small area that has the vendors and like I said most of them will leave you alone. —Sufriere excursion was amazing. JT the driver was so cool. —All the restaurants were great. My most favorite was calabash, followed by seasons. —Vegan options were plenty! If you are vegan or vegetarian go to Seasons and order 1 of everything. —The kids area is amazing and drop off is optional. You can just go hang with your kid! The customer service and hospitality here is unmatched. Absolutely worth every penny. Go to this resort!

Staff was super friendly! The hotel rooms were neat and clean and there were numerous options for dining.

Had red tide that was not advertised. seaweed on beach stunk, shopping district was horrible. if i could have went back home when i got there without losing money, i definitely would have. just tried to make the best of it. there was not enough entertainment. only on the kids side. it was non existent on the adult side. Photos on expedia are a little missleading. was not happy.

Not much around the resort. Food was good and beach was nice, unfortunately a lot of seaweed but the staff worked hard to clear it.

Our family had a wonderful time at coconut bay. If you are looking for pristine beaches I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Very happy overall with staff, dining and great food options and amenities

The resort was lovely and well kept. The staff was amazing and there were always activities to do.

So out of airport and check in to property in 10 minutes. Transfer waiting for us on arrival. Easy check in. Rooms lovely - a/c cold. Room had view of ocean. Restaurants are amazing and piano bar is a great place before and after dinner.

Amazing all-inclusive experience. Staff was wonderful and facilities were great. Having an adults area was a nice change when we wanted more quiet. Excellent bar staff. Jamal at the pool bar always served with a smile. The Jerk Treehouse was 5 stars for lunch and the guys working there were also amazing. We never made it to the beach bar but everyone raved about it. Transportation to the airport could not have been easier. Easy, fun vacation.

Had an amazing time

Very good in some aspects even though the room was not ready at time of arrival.. Food needs to be of different variety . Staff was friendly. Entertainment needs variation with visitors input, much like a talent show where guests and staff participate. Special commendation to Kiandra,Chloe and Donnage at front desk. Kiandra was exceptionally helpful. To our housekeeper Olivia who provided exceptional service, to Mahalia in the dining room I say thanks for the service you provided , to Danny our tour bus driver I say you are the best. You were so hilarious and knowledgeable, so entertaining, courteous and helpful. He ensured all were comfortable. And to Tari who ensured that we were provided the information we needed , very courteous ,informative and knowledgeable, thanks. You are an asset.

Very relaxing. Oozes Caribbean island vibes . Wi-Fi is weak but you are on vacation . Nice stay. Will come back.

Beautiful property, delicious food and drinks!

Loved the location. Minutes from the airport. Stayed on the Harmony side and was relaxing. The other side for the families was very active. So something for everyone. Especially liked the Paradise Beach. I wasnt really into the buffet but did have some good meals at the restaurants. Most people I talked to did enjoy the food. The staff was always friendly. My only negative is that I should have stayed longer.
