The hotel was very clean, there was lots of beautiful nature . The kitchen was tasty and finally a helpful medical center .

I loved this hotel, a very comfy bed and quiet hotel room while the hotel was hopping and busy. Very nice buffets from the kitchen good quality and variety of choice and great location! Great Value and very good english!

They have a spacious spa, so there’s always plenty of room. The pool was heated, clean, and the staff were excellent. My only comment would be about the bathroom doors in the room, they’re sliding doors from inside the bathroom, leaving both sides somewhat open and visible.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Dinner and breakfast are included and they are definitely some of the best I’ve had anywhere when traveling, with the buffet menu changing every day and full of various vegetarian as well as meat entrees. The rooms are more than adequate in terms of size and cleanliness. Also the spa options are wonderful and very affordable. Would stay again!

Nice place with friendly staff

Very friendly staff, excellent spa offering and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed for the weekend at the hotel and I have to say the overall service, friendliness and availability of the staff was really exceptional. Our 3 year daughter had also a small accident and needed a few stitches. The staff went with us to the clinic and helped us all the way until everything was fine. This was especially helpful as we don't speak the language. A big thanks to Davit for all his help. We will sure go back to Jermuk and the hotel

It was a nice stay overall, i suggest it for a short stay and for the spa and treatments. Unfortunately English is really poor so i wasn't able to understand most of the treatments offered, a real pity.
