Okay, but surrounding areas are not the cleanest streets.

Staff is super friendly, everything was clean and the value for money is great.

late check in was OK. Room is big enough but quite noisy outside (live music ?) until 1:00am. WIFI is un stable. Breakfast is good enough. Quite far from old downtown (40 min walk), better to take tram.

Good breakfast, nice room with comfortable beds, very spacious. Would be no e if the Aircon was working or if staff could show us how to use.

The hotel is very old, in a 1970 time warp. But its clean. Good price. Excellent value for money. Some people maybe put off by its age. But it is what it is. Near the bus/ train station. But about 2 km from the old town and sites.

This hotel is fairly old, it is under refurbishment, but it is clean and facilities are good.

What a memorable stay at the infamous Hotel Grand. Nice breakfast, excellent lounge. Professional and courteous staff.

We had a room on the third floor, bed was horrible we felt all springs on the back, shower get flooded and no one could have a shower Definitely not coming back to this hotel

No air conditioning, no shampoo, no toothpaste, or hair brush, the staff didn't even clean the hotel the next day, had to keep coming down to ask for basic stuff. The food was okay.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodation was good value for money, if perhaps rather dared for some tastes.

Bedbugs in my room. They Changed our rooms but whole building was old and run down. Convenient local for bus station was why I chose this spot and that was on point. Really good breakfast though.

I loved this hotel. Please disregard my previous comment about the AC that actually works 100%. Great location and feels like a 5 star hotel. Very close to the train station that currently is closed due to renovations. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Sarajevo.

Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Very quiet with an excellent breakfast. Staff welcoming and efficient. Nice bar looking intro the trees.
