Very nice and spacious rooms. Great location for either Nyali or Mombasa. Only drawback is there's a lot of street noise for the apartments in the road side (but very quiet on the water side).

Lovely, spacious, clean rooms Staff couldn’t do enough for you

The AC in the room didn’t work for two days. Each time they said, they fixed it and walked away and in 15 minutes later it didn’t work. Cold showers for two days. On the third day, they finally moved us to another room. This space is easy very good, but this time I was very disappointed. Maybe new management

Great clean well kept hotel with water views, monkeys climbing on the balcony, walking distance to grocery and shopping. The restaurant was great, well staffed and friendly all around. This was my 5th hotel on my trip to Kenya and the best overall. It was right on the bridge so transportation was easy as walking outside. I extended my stay.

Paid for creek view room but hotel tried to give a room in the basement after fighting with they gave a room but not totally satisfied.

Nice view on water side… but hotel is dated staff is good smells very mouldy.

Our 2 days Was okay. The bathroom had stains that can be removed with some stains remover the bed was a bit dusty and the noisy was too loud till midnight. But Friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast thank you..

The hotel is very good and we had a suite overlooking the sea onthe 5th floor. Outstanding service from all staff, especially Irene on front desk and Raheem the manager. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We spent one night at this hotel before the safari trip. We were given a better room. Overall impression very positive.

Cityblue Creekside gave us such lovely memories. We spent a week with them and the photos didn’t prepare us for the beauty we found. Amazing ambience… the food was prepared with so much love and the staff was more than helpful and polite. Please reward Fatima she was absolutely amazing! But every single member of staff that catered to us was exceptional! I am already telling my friends about you so keep the standards high! I was skeptical as I booked but I am glad I did because the experience was phenomenal!

Good for business travellers who have meetings in Nyali area.

After leaving another property because it didn’t meet my standards, my boyfriend recommended this hotel. When we pulled up, I already knew we were in for a treat! The front desk personnel was so pleasant and treated us like royalty. The room was GORGEOUS and overlooking the creek which made for a wonderful view. The pool was refreshing, the drinks were refreshing and the food was exceptional! Thank you for making Mombasa memorable for us! I will definitely stay here again when I’m on this side of the world. 10/10!!!
