The staff at the Ramada absolutely made our stay. The reception staff, the restaurant staff, and the cleaning staff who cared for our room were all fantastic—each and every one of them. The buffet breakfast was first class, and for the early morning starts, a boxed breakfast was supplied. The restaurant meals were second to none with ample choices, so we ate in most nights. Stayed here for some times before and this time we can see the hotel is maintained well. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Opportunity to improve is the swimming pool for kids that is not quite clean.

one of the best hotels in tomohon. have stayed here several times. only the wifi is still not good. and when checking in you have to wait quite a long time.

In the morning, the view of the mountain is clearly visible from the hotel. The descending mist makes the hotel's ambiance cool and serene. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The staff service is satisfactory. The hotel is clean, but there are still stains on the bathtub and mattress in the room. The downside is that on my first night staying here, I had trouble sleeping. It felt a bit creepy because I got a room at the back with a forest view and in the corner. When I opened it, there was a garden swing across the window. Who wants to play on a swing next to a forest like that 🫠 Actually, the room is comfortable, it's just that the jackpot is getting a horror one. For the distance to Manado city, it's an hour. And for the distance to tourist attractions in Tomohon itself, access is close. Overall, it's actually comfortable. I don't regret staying here because the minuses are all covered by the hotel service 🙏🏻
