I had a good stay at Hotel Alexandra. The location is convenient and easy to access, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the facilities were well-maintained. The room was comfortable and clean, which made my stay more enjoyable. Housekeeping did a good job, and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Alexandra. We did have a very pleasant short stay at Hotel Alexandra. We checked in midnight (early morning) and the officer (a very nicefat boy, sorry We don't recall his name, but he and his curly yellow hair friend were so nice and help us with the check in. We booked hotel alexandra in last minute for standard room but Mr. Fat & Mr. Yellow curly hair were so kind to free upgrade our room to King Suite as they were concerned the standard room we booked were not enough for 3 of us (1 kid), so they initiate to upgrade us so my husband can sleep in the sofa with additional pillow and blanket that given right after we checked in. Normally the king suite room need to add on around hkd 2000. Our 1st plan was to stay at The Royal Garden Hongkong but since the price jump up very high we changed it to Alexandra which was turning as a midnight miracle for us. The hotel is so beautiful with a strong European style and very new (it was just opened in 2021). Our king room was spaciouse with separate living room, small fridge, kettle, microwave and hair dryer and bathtubs in the bathroom. They didn't provide free water and toothbrush to follow the government local policy for going green environment. The hotel has a nice rest for breakfast but we didn't have a chance to try as we were quiet rushing. It 's also has a swimming pool. It has MC. Donald for 24 hours and easy to get a food around. Close to Fortress Hill MRT that can connect you easily to central/Tsi shashui within 3-5 min walks. The MRT ticket to east Tsi Sam Shui/central is hkd 37.5 (2 adult + 1kid) for about 20mins. It will cost you for about 120-160 HKD by Taxi. Again, it 's a very nice and great hotel and very pretty design, my kid really enjoyed and we surely will come back to stay and it 's highly recommended. We would like to thanks once more time to Hotel Alexandra for the great service, especially Mr. Fat and Mr. Curly Yellow hair.
