Inside the shopping mall, nearby eateries. Easy check in checkout. Easy access to klia transit, clean surrounding. Helpful n friendly staffs. Will come here again.

check in last minute plan ..got good price from traveloka.. receptionist polite and helpful.room clean.all in order.hotel attached with mall..easy to get food..overall I give 7/10..

The pillow sheet smells like it's not changed. Also, I found Q-tips on the floor. And got spider web.

The fan and AC inside the bedroom were very noisy when they were on. So, making my sleep was not comfortable.

The staff is friendly and quite helpful. The location is in a building with a busy shopping mall in Cyberjaya.

Located in one of the busy shopping centers in cyberjaya. Easy access to the mall and parking per night is also cheap at only RM 5. However, finding parking is a bit difficult especially after work hours.

The room was comfortable and neat. Also the staff was very helpful

Stayed for business purposes. The hotel is attached to mall so eating out is not a problem. The hotel call me at noon to ask me when will I check out but actually I already check out in the morning. Hope they can improve on that.

The room have very bad smell. Then the floor so dirty.

Bathroom need more scrubbing around the corner of the sink and toilet. Can smell some unpleasant odor come from the drain hole. The rest is OK. Perhaps to install a phone or intercom or anything that can be used if any emergency. The food is acceptable even though in packed. You may want to inform your foreign worker housekeeping staff to slow down the voice when talking to fellow staff, as it can be heard inside my room. They love to shout! Not recommended to use the steam iron (located at the corridor) as it not really pressing the clothes but good to remove some light wrinkle clothes.
