I always book here, but from time to time this hotel seems to be getting bad and not concerned with cleanliness. The room smells bad as the cleaner did not clean properly. Management also should change into new quality fragrance.

The blanket had blood on it, for both beds. Not clean.

It's close to the Dpulze shopping mall, which is a plus. There's a water dispenser on each floor, and a jacuzzi is also provided in the room, making it convenient to have a drink. The ironing service is shared by floor. This time, we got a toilet, but the water pressure was a bit slow. That's the only downside.

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Cleaning service is sometimes out.

Hotel staff who work night shifts have a high level of responsibility.

First check in when come to the room the door its opened, dont know why but i still manage go in the room due to tired and its about 22.00. Unfortunately seen a cockroach from the bathroom come out to the bedroom. Afterwards when i put my stuff on the table, there are 2-3 cockroach coming out again under the kettle. Just curious whether how long they clean or sanitize the room. After complaints then they manage to change me with another room. Then want to take shower but the liquid soap in the bathroom totally empty and didnt refill. Go down to the reception (due to no phone inside the room which can contact to the reception) and they said cleaning service already left which need to wait tmrw then can be refilled. Totally its unbelieveable. Thank you.

This is my favourite hotel. I’ve checked in here many times! The biggest plus: it’s located inside a mall,so food is never a problem everything you need is just steps away. Overall, I’m always satisfied with my stay. Reception is friendly and check-in/check-out is always smooth and hassle-free. The only downside is the toilet cleanliness just like before, it's a bit so-so and sometimes has an unpleasant smell. Still, I’ll keep coming back. Convenient, comfortable, and reliable. Thanks coz I've got the room with the road view😎

Have a good time staying at the hotel. It was nice and comfy. The staff also very helpful. But the bathroom was a little bit unpleasant smell.

Stayed here for 1 night. Location is superb. But no simple toiletries and wardrobe.

Inside the shopping mall, nearby eateries. Easy check-in checkout. Easy access to KLIA transit, clean surrounding. Helpful and friendly staff. Will come here again.

Check in last minute plan... Got good price from app. Receptionist polite and helpful. Room clean, all in order. Hotel attached with mall, easy to get food. Overall, I give 7/10.
