This was my first time staying at the Bukit JAAS Hotel on a business trip to Trenggalek. Previously, whenever we had work in Trenggalek, we always chose to stay in Tulungagung because we hadn't heard about this hotel. Coincidentally, during this visit, all hotels in Tulungagung were fully booked, so I decided to try Bukit JAAS. Frankly, I actually regret not finding out about this hotel until now. I was very satisfied with my stay here. For the price, this hotel offers exceptional value. The location is strategic, the facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. In my opinion, Bukit JAAS is currently the best hotel choice in Trenggalek. The most commendable aspect is the amenities provided to guests. Not only does the hotel offer breakfast, but it also provides complimentary dinner for all guests. This is an added value I rarely find in other hotels in the same price range. The choice of room types is also very diverse, so it can accommodate the needs of various types of guests, whether traveling alone, with colleagues, or with family. Furthermore, this hotel is located within the same area as the water park, making it not only suitable for business trips but also ideal for staycations or a relaxing retreat with family and children. It's also very close to the Trenggalek City Forest Tourism Park, even within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bukit JAAS. My stay was very satisfying, and I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Trenggalek. Thank you to the entire Bukit JAAS team for the exceptional service.

Tonight was my first time staying in Trenggalek. After searching for a hotel, I found this hotel at an affordable price with quite good facilities, good service, and a clean and tidy room. Check-in at 6:30 PM included dinner and breakfast the next day. For that price, you get great facilities. Even when I complained about a leaking AC, the technician immediately addressed it and finally fixed it. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay overnight in Trenggalek. The room is good for a premier type, the breakfast menu lacks variety.

Everything is okay and comfortable, suggestion is that the dining area be separated from the smoking area because if you bring small children, eating here will still be disturbed by the smokers.

For comfort, it's decent, but the location is in the city. Cleanliness is a bit lacking, and the food is also lacking in variety for a star-rated hotel. Perhaps this could be improved in the future. 🙏

The rooms are very large and spacious. The hotel's location is in the city center, making it easy to access.

The hotel staff was friendly, but it was a shame we checked in late because there was dinner. The restaurant was already closed after 8:00 PM. Highly recommended if you're visiting Trenggalek, as swimming pool tickets are also free for hotel guests.

Staff doesn't speak English. I arrived at 4 AM and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Maybe they ran out of stock because they opened all the rooms and couldn't find toilet paper. There were no towels to take a shower. The mirrors were totally dirty, they don't care to clean. The pavement floor was so dirty, dust, hairs everywhere, dust on all surfaces and furniture. There was high humidity in the room, every time I breathed it was hard, constantly humid. All this means they don't have a housekeeping staff who can control the rooms. Of course, the staff from reception don't control rooms, nor do the owners. The walls of the bathroom and floor they don't clean or sanitize, lack of hygiene.

The best in Trenggalek to date, with stunning views leading to the hotel, a swimming pool, and a comfortable meeting room that can accommodate up to 50 people. Hopefully, it can get even better...

A hotel with a cottage & resort theme, it seems the best compared to other hotels in Trenggalek city, very comfortable, child-friendly, very friendly staff, clean, there is a swimming pool, and in the hotel area there is a waterpark, including free tickets to the waterpark if you stay there, what I am really amazed by is that at this hotel there is free dinner and breakfast, it is extraordinary
