we had a wonderful room that was close to the beach, the pool was across from us and the restaurant was just a stroll away. we got lucky with our room being so close, would recommend the letters k or l for-sure, other rooms its a distance to walk to the beach, but wonderful just the same

The property is run down. There was no place to put your bathroom things. A plastic table for your shower things. The only food that was edible is breakfast. The drinks were limited to Miller High Life and cheap liquor. The pool was full of screaming kids. We ate the money and went to Acqua Del Mar instead. Went from rags to riches.

We recently stayed at Henry Morgan Resort in Roatán and would like to share some constructive feedback. First, we truly appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The reception team was welcoming and helpful, and both security and housekeeping did a good job. The buffet staff provided attentive service, and the beach location is absolutely beautiful. The pool area is well situated and offers a relaxing atmosphere. We did, however, encounter some concerns that we hope management will address. The resort layout is spread out with wooden walkways rather than an open-concept design. While this adds charm, some of the wooden decking — particularly around the pool areas — appears worn, and we noticed a few nails sticking up, which could pose a safety risk. We also experienced repeated issues with our room key card not working. We had to visit the front desk multiple times to have it reactivated. On one occasion, after it was fixed and we left for dinner, it stopped working again when we returned that evening, requiring another trip back to reception. Additionally, the room lighting was quite dim, and the shower could benefit from a deeper cleaning. The pools range from approximately 2 to 5 feet in depth, which may be important information for adult guests who prefer deeper swimming areas. Our most serious concern involved the piña colada machine. After drinking from it, my wife became very ill. The milk appeared curdled, and she was vomiting for several hours and lost an entire day

Property needs a serious update and rehab, lots of rotten wood and water leaks I rooms. Sink faucets in rooms were so corroded that it was hard to turn on. 3 of our party got food poisoning from what we believe came from the pina colada’s at the bar.

The room had mold on ceiling and furniture. The shower had a huge crack with stains in bottom of shower. Television did not work. Large gap in doors to allow unwanted critters inside. Could not open drawer to dresser Ceiling leak???? Mold everywhere Staff was nice Food fair Beach beautiful Lounge chairs on beach half did not adjust & cruise ship people took up most of seating

3 nights, 4 days, and had 2 rooms on block D Pros: Almost all of the staff was extremely attentive and friendly, besides the front desk ladies who seem to have a attitude towards the people checkin. Attentive dinning area staff, and bartenders. Good restaurant. Good location. Con: the facilities are terribly outdated and falling apart. The bathroom had tile that was come off/broken and was getting molded. The roof had stains all over. Toilet was broken and leaked water. Could not closed the door well since the hinges was broken due to rotted doorframe. The table in the room was rusted. Worse part is that they had a sewage pipe break in-front of our room and did nothing. We had 2 rooms on block D and it was reported to their mantaince staff. The room smelled like sweage every time you flushed the bathroom. Outside of the room terrible like sewage. They kept trying to get is to join their better package of VIP room block. Paid $1.7 k that felt wasted for the terrible conditions.

The room was spacious, clean and nicely updated. (Could use a toilet paper holder!) The staff were very professional and kind. Particularly Romerio in the dining room, Janessa and Ingrid in entertainment and Felisha from the customer service area. The food was good and plentiful. The room’s size is commendable, and the decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, the room could benefit from some upgrades. Notably, several drawers were damaged and require attention. While the food was delicious, the menu could be expanded to offer a wider variety of options. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It is exceptionally cozy and clean. However, we had a concern regarding the lack of bottled water. Upon arrival, we were provided with one bottle of water per person. To obtain additional water, guests were instructed to retain the empty bottle and refill it at the water fountain. This policy proved inconvenient, as it necessitated frequent refills. The most exceptional aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Enrique and Javier from the entertainment team were exceptionally welcoming, professional, courteous, and efficient. Their dedication to making our stay memorable was truly commendable. ;) Will definitely be back!

I want to just provide feedback to help for future service! Half the staff was helpful and the other seemed to not want to be there. The room didn’t have any hot water and overall the appearance of the hotel was well below average. The food options were slim and the food was at various times cold. I noticed also that the fruit was canned fruit verses fresh. I travel often to all inclusives and none of these are ever concerns I think there is great potential as the surrounding resorts surpassed these expectations but definitely improvement in all areas is needed! I do hope notes are taken from this and you can improve your business. I truly have the best wishes for this resort!

The 1st room in J area was dirty, smelly and needed some serious refurbishment. When you enter the room, the musty smell lingers and no amount of freshener can help. The linen had bed stains and smells like it hasnt been changed in a while. The toilet has molds.

The staff was great. The food was good but the place definitely has some issues. The shower was installed backwards so you can't really get the right temperature. The TV fell off the wall in the room below us. The roof leaked so the carpet was constantly wet
