I stayed 1 night at this hotel. The price is quite cheap, but the hotel seems to be understaffed. The advantages: 1. The hotel design is good. 2. The mattresses are spacious and comfortable, the sheets and pillows are clean and fragrant. 3. The room design is good. 4. The swimming pool is clean. 5. The hotel is strategically located near many places to eat and entertainment. The disadvantages: 1. The parking lot is narrow. 2. The receptionist is uninformative and rude. 3. The room floor is slippery and sticky, it looks like it was cleaned carelessly. 4. The room curtains are tattered like a slum. 5. The refrigerator is not cold. 6. The toilet bidet has difficulty discharging water so it is difficult to wash. 7. The hot water is not hot enough. 8. There is a kettle for coffee, sugar, and tea heaters but there is no stirrer.

The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately there's no elevator, making it a pain to go up to the third floor, especially if you're carrying a suitcase. The Wi-Fi is terrible, and the back rooms feel dark and creepy.

The hotel floor was dirty, with tiles without carpets that were very dirty and dusty. The table was also very dirty. I was too tired to ask for it to be cleaned because the entire room was dirty. The bathroom light was dim, only one light.

Ants on the desk, bed, and especially around the door frame. Amenities are basically none, so bring your own shampoo and such. The receptionist took my passport to scan and didn’t give it back until I remembered it was missing. All in all, I paid $17 for one night, so I guess what I get is what I paid for.

Lots of mosquitoes keep appearing. Bed appeared on the first night and second morning. Tried changing room but hotel staff told me no more room but they change the bedsheets and pillow cast and blanket. After the change there isn’t bed bug appears on the second and third night. But on the fourth and last night a random bedbug appeared

I booked this hotel for my guest, from the beginning I asked for the AC to be cold... but I got one that wasn't cold, asked to move rooms, they said it was full, fixed by the technician, it was better than being hot and not being able to sleep. The next day, there was no running water at all, so I couldn't take a shower. How can there be a hotel like this, the room is also not cleaned every day..

Actually the hotel is good, but it just lacks maintenance from the swimming pool which is neglected and dirty, the garden whose grass is not taken care of, the rooms need to be repainted and the curtains are torn, the bathroom walls are dirty... but the staff are kind and very helpful...
