It was so good. Initially, we got a different type of room than we booked, but everything was negotiable. Everything was so good, the best price. The food was great.

Lots of mosquitoes keep appearing. Bed appeared on the first night and second morning. Tried changing room but hotel staff told me no more room but they change the bedsheets and pillow cast and blanket. After the change there isn’t bed bug appears on the second and third night. But on the fourth and last night a random bedbug appeared

I booked this hotel for my guest, from the beginning I asked for the AC to be cold... but I got one that wasn't cold, asked to move rooms, they said it was full, fixed by the technician, it was better than being hot and not being able to sleep. The next day, there was no running water at all, so I couldn't take a shower. How can there be a hotel like this, the room is also not cleaned every day..

Actually the hotel is good, but it just lacks maintenance from the swimming pool which is neglected and dirty, the garden whose grass is not taken care of, the rooms need to be repainted and the curtains are torn, the bathroom walls are dirty... but the staff are kind and very helpful...

Unfortunately, the room had to be requested to be cleaned, the hot water didn't work during my 1-week stay and Bali's rainy season came out when it rained but couldn't shower with hot water. The location, staff, and bed were quite okay. Cleanliness still needs to be improved. In my experience, there was one housekeeping who was very, very polite. When her friend forgot to clean my room, she politely came to provide a solution.

Unfortunately the hot water in the bathroom is not hot enough, the environment is not clean enough and the breakfast is not very varied.

A comfortable and quiet hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Bali.

My first experience was less than perfect. We booked a room with public access, but the AC was broken and we were moved to another room. We wanted to borrow a hairdryer, but they told us it was still being borrowed by other guests. We meant that if we didn't have one, we'd just say no. There were a lot of mosquitoes. We wanted to borrow a hairspray, but they told us the curtain was locked. Oh no. Luckily, it was cheap and it was in the middle of town. If not, we'd be really disappointed.

The hotel is quite good for its price. The location is also quite strategic, just 5 minutes to the beach. Cleanliness still needs to be improved in the future.

Got a really special price on 11.11: a room with 2 bedrooms, each with a TV. You get 4 free bottles of bottled water, and each room has a kettle. The AC works well, the Wi-Fi is fast enough to watch the Scotland vs. Denmark live football match (I brought my own Android box). The cleanliness is adequate, and the bathroom amenities are complete. The water is strong enough, but the hot water is only a little hot... This room was a surprise, as the back terrace directly overlooks the pool. So after a quick rest, I jumped in. I love swimming, and this pool is long enough for more than just a dip (the kiddie pool is in front). The breakfast was delicious. You were given 6 menu options to choose from, including coffee or tea. The plating is beautiful, a real restaurant experience... If there's another promotion, I'd definitely go back.

There is no elevator, but the hotel staff were very helpful in quickly bringing our things to the room. However, I'm sorry but I think the cleanliness of the room is still lacking, especially the floor seems to have not been cleaned, because there is a lot of dust, even though the room is very large.

First time staying here. First impression: the hotel sign was missing. We only realized at night that the sign was on the roof of the hotel. We were staying on the 3rd floor, even though I had requested a room downstairs and near the pool. It was probably full, but it wasn't mentioned at check-in. And it seemed like I was the only one staying on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator, so access to the room was via stairs. As we climbed the stairs, the floor was really dirty and dusty. Entering the room, the floor felt sticky, the room smelled damp, and the bathroom had a carrion smell. On the second night, the AC in our room leaked. Since we were checking out, we didn't report it to the front office. The plus point was that the room was quite spacious and hot water in the bathroom was always available, no dramas like no hot water at certain times or running water.

Nice surrounding, you can walk to the beach for less than 1 KM.

Stains on bed sheet, asked for a change, oops! Still there. No shower gel & shampoo, no hotel sandals. Water’s off for 10-15 mins every 10.30pm. Floor’s super icky had to buy minimarket sandals myself. Customer service is ok, but lord oh lord the hygiene. Went home with bed-bugs bite even :(
