Hot water is not on, the room is not clean in the corners

The staff is very professional and warm welcomed.

The room was clean and fragrant, and the bathroom was spotless. The shower gel was delicious, unlike most hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful.

As per the previous day's stay here, the service was quite good.

Good and the change of room to the 1st floor was assisted by the staff because it was for the elderly.

It's a pity I'm staying on the 3rd floor, there's no elevator, I'm carrying a lot of stuff, sorry 🤦🏼‍♀️

The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately there's no elevator, making it a pain to go up to the third floor, especially if you're carrying a suitcase. The Wi-Fi is terrible, and the back rooms feel dark and creepy.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, the staff are friendly and polite, and the cleanliness is quite good.

The hotel floor was dirty, with tiles without carpets that were very dirty and dusty. The table was also very dirty. I was too tired to ask for it to be cleaned because the entire room was dirty. The bathroom light was dim, only one light.

Ants on the desk, bed, and especially around the door frame. Amenities are basically none, so bring your own shampoo and such. The receptionist took my passport to scan and didn’t give it back until I remembered it was missing. All in all, I paid $17 for one night, so I guess what I get is what I paid for.

The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are very good, the lack of breakfast variety is only packages and there is no elevator.

It was so good. Initially, we got a different type of room than we booked, but everything was negotiable. Everything was so good, the best price. The food was great.

Lots of mosquitoes keep appearing. Bed appeared on the first night and second morning. Tried changing room but hotel staff told me no more room but they change the bedsheets and pillow cast and blanket. After the change there isn’t bed bug appears on the second and third night. But on the fourth and last night a random bedbug appeared

I booked this hotel for my guest, from the beginning I asked for the AC to be cold... but I got one that wasn't cold, asked to move rooms, they said it was full, fixed by the technician, it was better than being hot and not being able to sleep. The next day, there was no running water at all, so I couldn't take a shower. How can there be a hotel like this, the room is also not cleaned every day..

Actually the hotel is good, but it just lacks maintenance from the swimming pool which is neglected and dirty, the garden whose grass is not taken care of, the rooms need to be repainted and the curtains are torn, the bathroom walls are dirty... but the staff are kind and very helpful...

Quite a pleasant experience, I stayed one night, initially I was hesitant because there were many bad reviews, but after staying I liked it, got it at a promotional price including breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room and cold AC, the location is also strategic, a pleasant experience because I stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms, thank you Signature Palette Hotel

Unfortunately, the room had to be requested to be cleaned, the hot water didn't work during my 1-week stay and Bali's rainy season came out when it rained but couldn't shower with hot water. The location, staff, and bed were quite okay. Cleanliness still needs to be improved. In my experience, there was one housekeeping who was very, very polite. When her friend forgot to clean my room, she politely came to provide a solution.
