Checked before renting, but the price wasn't clear. This is the first time I've stayed in such a dirty guesthouse; 370k for 5 hours is terrible. I hope no one else experiences this. The guesthouse is very, very dirty; you shouldn't stay here.

I honestly advise everyone that I was very disappointed with my stay here. The rooms are cramped and old, the bedding is not clean and smells unpleasant. The headboard even has mold on the headboard. The prices are expensive on holidays and weekends, and there isn't even filtered water to drink.

We booked for a day, but when we got there, they said it’s only for 2 hours stay. Everything inside the room there smells. The alley is so small.

The location is convenient for getting to the Old Quarter. I accidentally broke a toothbrush cup, but the reception staff didn't ask for compensation. However, the hygiene was terrible, extremely dirty. It felt like the cleaning staff just set up after guests left instead of washing the dishes.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Soundproofing was terrible and very noisy. The room did not have a private mini-fridge, nor was bottled water provided, whereas many hotels in the same price range offer free bottled water and a private mini-fridge. The room was very small, and the bathroom often had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the Wi-Fi was faulty and unusable. When I contacted them about the Wi-Fi issue, I received a vague response promising it would be fixed the next day, but it was still not working by the time I checked out. In short, the experience was not good and I was not very satisfied.

There was no housekeeping service. The blankets smelled musty. The water kettle was broken. The hot water tap didn't work.

They said they would refund my money if I canceled the reservation, but they didn't.

The room's appearance and dimensions are completely different from what was advertised. Everyone should avoid this crappy hotel. I beg your pardon.

I booked a room through an app, arrived and was met with an old woman who quoted hourly rates. I gave up on the idea, went somewhere else, and decided to expose her later.

The hotel is haunted, I'm so scared!!!! The rooms are super small, messy, expensive, and in a very remote location, so nobody rents them. I had the worst experience with my friends. There's a ghost in the hotel, and the price is not good at all. No towel refresh every day until we ask for room service. Security is only a simple push lock. Scary hotel experience.

With the price of 500k/night here, I find it unreasonable, the rooms are old, the TV cannot be turned on, very cramped and small, the bed sheets and pillows are not clean and white and I feel scared when sleeping. I feel it is not as I expected. The staff is not friendly.
