Very good staff

The hotel was right in the middle of everything. The staff was great. The beds are really hard if that is something that would bother you. I need a soft bed and felt like I was sleeping on a hard floor. The pillows were nice though. I know they can’t please everyone on bed choice and some people like an hard bed. Other than a hard bed for me our stay was wonderful. I would definitely come back but bring something to make the bed softer for me.

Excellent central location but not too far from bus station/taxis. Very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable room and great shower. Breakfast OK - a fresh fruit salad would have made all the difference.

The hotel is in the central area in walking distance to many tours meeting points. The electric kettle was great appliance and two bottles of water were provided every day. The only issue we had was lack of shelves in the room and in the shower. The breakfast was good, served in a very tight area. The cars cannot drive to the hotels most of the day, so you may need to walk about 4 minutes to a more accessible location to take a taxi.

Perfect location right in the middle of Valletta. Beautiful room and the staff was very kind and accommodating when I dropped off my bag early so I could explore and check in later. Highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel, does the job for a city break! Breakfast is surprisingly varied given how small the hotel is.

A most pleasant and helpful staff. Well situated for the main sites. A number of Michelin recommended restaurants in less touristed areas (e.g. Old Bakery St. ) nearby. In a busy city, the hotel is wonderfully quiet.

This hotel is hidden away just off Merchant’s Street, so you’re right in the heart of Valletta but without it feeling too busy. Rooms are great with everything you need. Enjoyed breakfast. But the highlight is how brilliant the staff are; friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Valletta.

Great location, great hotel with excellent service.

Very nice breakfast. Staff were excellent and attentive.Coffee machine in bedroom was problematic but was exchanged immediately with no fuss.Shower was brilliant. Robes slippers and toiletries first class.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. The location is excellent and the general condition of the hotel is very good. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Malta. Thank you very much for all the staff for being so friendly and efficient.

Very well located hotel, close to shops, attractions and the bus station. Very clean, room serviced daily and breakfast good with plenty of choice. Very helpful receptionists, especially Yullia. Breakfast area is quite small but only on one occasion were there insufficient tables. Would drefinitely stay here again!

My stay at Palazzo Rosario Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect - it was so close to all of the main city attractions and restaurants. I loved that it was within walking distance of the ferries and bus terminal, making it incredibly easy to explore neighboring towns and islands. The concierge was incredibly helpful in arranging a car service to and from the airport, which made my trip stress-free. And the cherry on top was the delicious breakfast available every morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great central location in Valetta close to the key attractions of the town and many restaurants. Also only a short walk to the bus station - get the X4 to and from the airport for just 2 euros. Cozy, small boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast but slightly cramped layout. Not easy to find the first time - look for the PR logo sign.
