This was one of the best hotels I've ever been in. 10 minutes by bus from city centre. Lovely location by the water, fantastic apartment room, great air conditioning, etc. etc. Everything was amazing. I absolutely loved it!

This is a fantastic bespoke hotel with all the amenities you need for a long or short term stay. The onsite restaurant is delicious. Great to be out of the hustle of the city center but close enough to get there in 10 minutes. Book this with no hesitation.

Great option to pick if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle and touristy areas of central Amsterdam. Rooms are impeccably clean, and the design/ layout is fabulous. The free bike rental option they offer is great to get downtown without the use of taxis and/or walking and will appease any thoughts you might have about the hotel being set so far away. I suggest getting the breakfast option as the selection was delicious and it got us going for the day. Don’t be shy to use the large patio to have your meals at as the view onto the harbour was amazing. When we return to Amsterdam, we will be staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Our stay at The July was beyond excellent. Exceeded our expectations. We met family in Amsterdam and they all stayed in the busy museum district. We had wanted something more like a neighborhood that was more relaxing. This spot is perfect for that. We did walk a lot and use ubers. We averaged about $40 on ubers but our stay was still less than our family who stayed in tiny rooms and didn't have to use Ubers. You can also use public transportation for a fraction of the cost. We are a bit pampered! The rooms were so lovely and spacious. Having a way to make a few meals really saved money and was so handy. The staff at the hotel are beyond accommodation. We loved our experience.

We loved this hotel! The room was very spacious, clean and modern and we really enjoyed our stay. This location is not the best if you love to walk as its a bit out of the way but would definitely be managable if you bike to the city centre.

Really spacious room with comfortable bed, updated large bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The hotel restaurant has a great view of the water front. The staff were all friendly. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to bus station to get into Amsterdam, but yet has a quiet, residential feel. Overall highly recommended.
