The rooms are all dirty. The sheets are like they've only been used by someone else. The dirtiest dirt.

The bed sheets should be white but they have turned gray as if they haven't been washed, I asked to change them but they said they had been washed, the bathroom smells. Finally I looked for another hotel, it was a loss. Even though I had already booked and paid for more than 1 room.

Dirty bed sheets are unfit to be used and dirty pillowcases, dirty bathrooms, dirty rooms with lots of old people.

Hotel maintenance is very poor. The room smelled very bad and the bathroom also smelled a lot of black, lots of dead cockroaches on the mattress. The sheets are also brown and smell of cigarettes. Entering the room you have to sweep the floor first because the floor is very dirty, black, and even praying doesn't seem valid. There was no time for photos here because we had only been in for 15 minutes, my family and I decided to check out and look for a more comfortable hotel.

The room is really dirty, not like the picture. Dirty, smelly, filthy, shabby. I swear I'm fed up.

Rotten hotel, damp room. The bathroom shower was broken and not replaced, no bucket & ladle provided either. What's worse is the service, the receptionist has no manners at all. Booked 1 night 1 night, really told to go out and check out first and then told to check in again. The next check in turn could not be done because the room was full, told to refund.

The service was not good and curt, the room was really dirty, like it hadn't been washed for a year, lots of stains everywhere, the towels were white but gray, the bathroom was covered in dirt.

The photos on the application are different, the room is dusty, the floor is dirty, there is urine, the pillowcases and sheets have never been changed, it is dirty and uncomfortable, I want to clean the room, the receptionist is not friendly, they don't care about the dirty room, the person who cleans the hotel needs to be replaced, hopefully they will soon realize that the room is not suitable for sleeping.

Kamar bau rokok banget sampe sesek, ada kecoa juga di kamar naik ke kasur. Minta pindah kamar karena bau asep ga boleh katanya keterangan bebas rokok cuma pemanis aja, minta pengharum ruangan biar wangi ga ada juga. Resepsionis tidak ramah. Kebersihannya sangat kurang, lantai berdebu, ada keset depan kamar mandi juga kotor banget. Harga segitu biasanya dapet yang bersih wangi, ini sangat mengecewakan. Not recommended.

If you order through the application. AC remote and TV will not be given. So just accept the heat. Maybe it's because it's cheap through the app.

Masukkan untuk pengelola karena tempat tidak sesuai dengan foto (harap diperbaharui foto terbaru), saya menginap di kamar 106. Pas pertama masuk kamar bau asap rokok, kasur tidak nyaman karena per nya ambles, sprei dan selimut agak kotor, TV tidak bisa digunakan karena tidak ada channel, pintu kamar mandi tidak dapat di tutup, tidak perlengkapan mandi (toiletries) jadi sebaiknya jika menginap di sini bawa sendiri, tidak ada meja atau lemari untuk menaruh barang bawaan, tapi alhamdulillah AC berfungsi dengan baik, air hangat berfungsi dengan baik (tapi shower tidak dapat digunakan karena selang robek) sebaiknya disediakan bak dan gayung agar memudahkan untuk mandi. Terima kasih.

Di satu waktu, mohon agendakan untuk pembersihan penuh kamar-kamar yang tersedia. Seperti pembersihan kamar mandi dalam sehingga tidak berbau seperti toilet umum dan remang/pengap. Lakukan juga pembersihan penuh pada kasur-kasur, terakhir saya pakai penuh kutu kasur dan sangat mengganggu. Untuk OYO, mohon dimanage untuk bantal-bantal dan kain yang berlabelkan OYO untuk secara berkala diganti atau dicuci penuh, selalu kondisinya berjamur dan bau. Selain itu, penjaga penginapan ramah dan standby. Ada jual makanan kecil dan air juga. Layout bangunannya juga seru, berundak-undak gitu. Ada TV juga, TV kabel lumayan kalau ada yang sempet nonton TV.
