Alhamdulillah a very pleasant experience, get off the hotel directly at the courtyard of the Grand Mosque, there is a shopping center, all the staff are friendly and helpful, find a taxi for me to take the miqat at tan'im. baarakallah fikum

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the food and room cleanliness are excellent. I was also very pleased with the friendliness of the housekeepers. They were very kind, in contrast to the less than friendly service from the staff when I checked in. Perhaps the receptionists should learn how to greet guests from the housekeepers 😊

Masyaallah... everything went smoothly.. Although at the time of check-in there was no booking name registered and it made me panic. However, after reconfirming with CS Traveloka and being given the code, and waiting for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to check in.
