The lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it slightly tiring on the eyes, but I felt comfortable staying here. The hotel offers early check-in if rooms are available, and it's conveniently located near the Old Town and other amenities.

Upon check-in, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff helped me learn about the hotel's surroundings and the attractions in Hoi An. The staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel grounds were pleasant. There was a free shuttle bus to the attractions.

The hotel is great. From the reception to the security guard to the service and the room, everyone is lovely. The room is spacious and clean, the swimming pool is big and beautiful but unfortunately it rained on the day I went so I could only swim for a while. The hotel has bicycles to ride into the old town, a great experience. Highly recommend.
