The room is smaller than the price, it's clean

Super friendly and polite staff. Luxurious room and very delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. It's at a very strategic location whereby walking to the lake is just 3-5 mins. Highly recommend 👍

Meaning love here so much If going back to Hanoi, will definitely go back to stay here. Anyone who is thinking. Say so. Not disappointed.

The hotel is a new built, and located strategically close to the Hoan Kiem lake where most of the local food and entertainment placed. I like it because though it's quite center with the busy area, but the hotel located in a much quite area so you felt safe also. And the most important thing, the staffs are nice and attentive :)
