The room amenities are complete. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Complaints regarding odor and cigarette smoke in the pool area were addressed, with security coming to check. Items left in public areas were secured at the front desk.

When I have a break from work I will come here again, I feel comfortable here, thank you very much, but the swimming pool should be open at least until 8/9 pm, if I may suggest.

When I first opened the tap, the water was brown like rust, although it gradually became clear. I ordered a triple deluxe, which should have included 3 towels and 3 bottles of mineral water, but only got 2 bottles, even though after a phone call, they were finally sent to my room. Then for breakfast, by 8 am, most of it was already gone and not refilled, mostly carbohydrate-based, with a lack of protein. For the swimming pool, when we finished swimming at 5:45 pm, there was no staff, so there were no towels to dry off. Maybe it could be better in the future.

Our staycation experience here was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful, allowing us to relax around it. Check-in was quick and assisted by the friendly front desk staff, Chandra. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. Perfect for a family staycation. We happened to have a deluxe triple room, so we didn't need an extra bed.

The AC wasn't cold. Room 15 was in the very corner, and the hallway was deserted, as if no one else lived there. It was a different tower, so it was a long walk everywhere. I couldn't find a toothbrush. It was scary. Uncomfortable.

A comfortable pool place... always come here for me-time with family.. no need to go far.. or tired of walking around.. better to come here everything is complete, comfortable, and the facilities are not disappointing... the swimming pool is clean.. cool because there are many trees and the officers are always on guard.. basically from the beginning of coming the atmosphere is like in Bali hehe.. thank you.. hopefully it will continue to be the best.. but you can't be careless because it is already the best.. hopefully there is good fortune to bring the family here again 🫶
