Amazing place to stay! Taking a hot bath after returning from a day of exploring, and then having a meal at one of the 4 restaurants directly inside the facility, to then relax for the rest of the evening. Simply amazing.

Stayed here the last day of my 11 day trip, and it was one of my favorite stays so far. The place operates as a public bath first and foremost, but they have overnight cabins that resemble capsule hotels that guests can stay in (which is what I stayed in). The vibes were incredible, and so were the baths. I took one before I went to bed and got up early before I headed to the airport just to take one again. They also have great restaurants within the building as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is convenient (2 mins away from Shin-Narashino station). Great place to stay if you want a unique Japanese experience

Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. Was mostly quiet throughout the week, it gets a bit busier at a weekend. Was a really useful stay over the time I was there, thank you so much for having me!

Onsen beds🛏️♨️ I took a nap in a hot spring water and that was incredible like a heaven😇 Thank you💗 I’d like to go here again!

The room size is ok, the matteress is too thin and not comfortable. The ventilation should be improved. WIFI connection is good.

スーパー銭湯に併設されたキャビン型ホテルのため、滞在中大きなお風呂につかれるのはとてもありがたかったです！ お食事処や読み放題の漫画もあり、サービス面は大変満足でした。 キャビン型ホテルの方は、2段キャビンの上段を利用したため、荷物の上げ下ろしが大変さがありました。下段を使用したい場合には、早めのチェックインをオススメします。 また、敷布団か少し薄めだったため少々寝にくかったのと、部屋の気温が少し高めだったため、寝苦しさがありました。

キャビンで隣の部屋の人が一晩中ガタゴトと騒音がひどくてぜんぜん眠れなくてイラついた。寝るだけの部屋のキャビンで一晩中何をやってるのか。もう少し周りの人のことも考えてほしい。狭い空間で密集してるのだからお互いに気を使いながら宿泊してほしいと思った。施設的にはきれいだったし駐車場も無料でよかった。お風呂はイメージしてたのと違った。もっと広々してると思ったがちょっと狭かった。、

カプセルは広く、静かで清潔でした。マットレスは他の方のお話通り、薄いです。ブランケットを下に引いて寝ました。お風呂は種類もあり、楽しめました。露天風呂は大きなテレビもあり、ゆっくりできました。夜は気づかなかったですが朝入ったら温泉成分の浮遊物がちょっと気になりました。 最初にカウンターで説明を受けるとき、混雑していたので後ろにいた方と一緒にされましたが、個人情報が書かれた紙が見える形だったのが気になりました。あと対応してくださった方の口臭が… 食事スペースの無料で水をいただける所の床に水がこぼれていて気付かず踏んでしまい… 土曜だし、夏休みに入ってたので家族連れも多く、小さなお子さんも沢山いたので仕方ないと思いますが。 色々書きましたが、全体的には満足でき、もし幕張メッセでライブ、イベント等あるときはまた泊まりたいと思ってます！！ 楽しかったです！ありがとうございました！！

東京出張の拠点として利用しました。 お風呂も満足ですし、駐車場無料でリーズナブルでした。 また機会があったら利用したいです。

温泉が何回入ってもいいのがありがたいです！ しかも施設内は綺麗やったと思います。 是非また利用させてもらいたいですね！
