The twin room is much smaller than that shown in the photo, and is smaller than the twin rooms in other hotels in Japan. The room facilities are quite old, but the location is very convenient, only a 3-minute walk to Takamatsu JR station.

The staff was friendly and great service. Breakfast buffet was mainly traditional Japanese and was excellent. The room was a little tired with some peeling wallpaper and it smelled of smoke when I first arrived (non-smoking room). The cleaning service was good and we received fresh towels every day. The location was perfect for the conference.

The hotel was just a few minutes walk from JR train station, the front desk staff was helpful and provide help to customer. The hotel was old, but the price was reasonable. The room was small, the room was clean, the breakfast was okay.

On the of arrival, I tried to put luggage in the morning, the young guy with glasses was very rude when I talked to him. He endless said "stop stop stop" with bad attitude. Don't understand what happened made this guy crazy. However, when check in in the afternoon, the receptionists are very nice (one girl and one elder uncle).

The property dated. No one ever came to clean room even though they said it would be cleaned twice during my stay. AC/Heat was noisy and ran constantly

Clean, polite staff, the basics like washing machine are there BUT...be warned that there is no aircon in the room (at least when I was there) and the aircon wasnset to warm only, the cold air permission was locked. I had to open the wondow for 30 minutes to let cold air into the room, otherwise it was going to be hot and stuffy. It's unfortunate this single issue really prevents this place from being a 4 or 5-star review from me. Also, it's old style lock and key, no card. Have to lock yourself when going out.

I accidentally booked a smoking room. I didn’t want to go through the ordeal of changing the room. It was the first hotel I’d stayed at in Japan where I could open the window. It was a lovely breeze. Problem solved. This is basic hotel room. Ensuite great, deep bath. Plenty of hot water. Can’t complain. This place is close to the train, port, Takamatsu shrine, museum and it has some great architecture by the best KENZO. check the Takamatsu Prefecture Gov building. It’s fantastic.

コスパが最高です！駅近くで長期間泊まりましたが、過ごしやすかったです。I had wanted to stay near the station area for various reasons, and this happened to be one of the cheapest options for me that seemed to have the amenities and room configuration preferences I wanted. I stayed for 8 nights, so a bit of a long stay, but I had a pleasant stay. The email the hotel sends out does say you need to be out of the room between 10am-4pm, but I was able to arrange at check-in to have my room cleaned every few nights instead, so that I could have access to my room all day on non-cleaning days. The only thing that I did not like was that there was a bit of strange rule of turning in keys to the box if you exit the hotel before 10am, which made me hesitant to do so in case I wanted to return before 10am. There may be a reason for this like safety or cleaning, but it felt a bit unnecessary especially on non-cleaning days. I did not have an issue since I just arranged my schedule to not run into any problems. The staff was friendly and helpful, there were washers and dryers, and the location is almost unbeatable for the price. Thankfully I got a non-smoking room, and the air conditioning worked well in the hot summer. Overall recommend!

Great location, easy check-in

Clean and quiet hotel not too far away from the main train station. We travelled as a group so we got to see western and traditional style rooms. We stayed in a western style room and found it comfortable. Our other party stayed in a traditional style room and enjoyed their stay too. Breakfast buffet is cheap and has a good selection of traditional and western options

Big rooms with twin bed. Good breakfast and near the JR station. A convenient store is opposite. Like their shoe shine machine near the lift.

ホテルは高松港から近く、途中うどん屋やコンビニもあり、ホテルの前には居酒屋もあった チェックイン時のウェルカムドリンクでコーヒーを選んだのだが、一杯ごとに豆から挽くコーヒーでとても美味しかった。 朝食では玉子かけご飯を久しぶりに食べたが、白御飯が格安ホテルにありがちな味の無いパサパサしたものとは違い、ふっくらしていて甘味もありとても美味しかった。 贅沢を言えば、おかずが焼き魚とウインナー以外に選択するものがなく、何か物足りなさを感じる献立だった
