Really a great hotel - very clean, strategic location and convenient to travel around.

The hotel is very easy to find from the Central Exit; you can see it right on the street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. There's also a free onsen (hot spring bath). Everything was great.

The hotel is very close to Kyoto Station, and there's also a bus service. Only one staff member at the front desk was less than friendly, while the others were quite friendly in answering questions from tourists with smiling and helpful faces.

The hotel is very close to Kyoto Station and the Kyoto Bus Terminal, about a 3-5 minute walk. It's close to Kyoto Tower and other shopping centers. We took a twin room A, which can accommodate four people (2 twin beds), although space is limited. The room is equipped with a mini freezer and a smart TV with many interesting channels. Breakfast is delicious and varied, and you get three free cups of gelato. The price is also quite affordable by Japanese standards, even in a premium location. Check-in and check-out are automatic with a machine. There is a large and comfortable onsen for an evening soak. There is a water dispenser and washing machine on the first floor near the onsen, there is a microwave, ice cube machine, and vending machine on the 10th floor. The tap water is also drinkable.

So nice to be there. Everything is so convenient. Definitely will be back.

Near the train station, bus stop and Kyoto Tower there is a free onsen. It was perfect, too bad it was only for one night.

Room is spacious aand very clean. I always like this hotel because itis so near to Kyoto station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will always come back here everytime I visit Kyoto

Comfortable room, spacious enough for two with a large suitcase because there is space for the reef under the bed. The location is also very close to Kyoto Station, if you choose the exit via underground east, or the direction to Kyoto Tower, because if the exit is wrong, it can be quite far, recommended!

I believe this is a new APA hotel. Very close to Kyoto station, less than 100m. Very clean and comfortable. Japanese breakfast was great.

Fast and sophisticated check-in process! But unfortunately there is indeed a little language barrier with the staff fo it, but overall, running smoth for check-in. The staff was friendly even though I was a foreigner.

This hotel has amazing room and location. Room and bed is huge. We really have comfortable stay here. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is fast. Bathroom is also spacious with complete amenities. Highly recommended place to stay when in Kyoto. It is just 3 minutes walk from Kyoto station and Kyoto Tower. Restaurants are everywhere. I will definitely come back here when I visit Kyoto again (in fact I have made my reservation for March 8 - 9, 2020 for 2 rooms already).
