Extremely slow check in. Tiny rooms with no space to open sofa bed. Awful tiny sofa bed. Pool room air temperature freezing cold. Hair in shower (lots). Bad experience overall. Will not return.

We love this hotel and use it as our home away from home for week long stays several times a year while visiting our kids and grandkids. Excellent prices and services, great breakfasts with very helpful, friendly staff. The pool area is second to none, especially for the grandkids. We're hooked!

The television and telephone did not work. I had 2 shampoo's and no conditioner. After requesting to have this all dealt with, the front desk and staff were horribly rude and gave me the worst attitude. I then has to go get my key cards fixed as they stopped working and the staff were in the back and when I asked if they could fix my key cards they were very rude again as if I inconvenienced them with having to fix my tv, phone and shampoo issue.

Rude staff. Since covid no daily housekeeping, I stay a full week and nobody never came. When you have rooms with kitchen it should be clean daily.
