Very clean hotel with great beds. Pool area was nice but hot tub got shut down for maintenance after our first day. Over a long weekend I found that a surprising choice. Great experience otherwise though!

All around good hotel, definitely

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast, which was included, was plentiful and well presented. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Great place to stay!!

It was a nice place to stay comfortable beds but the pillows were too soft and small

I enjoyed spacious room, only problem was missing items like hair dryer, utensils, clothes.

The property is in not bad, and the front desk staff are friendly. However, the room cleaning could be improved. The first room I checked into had not been vacuumed properly, and there were still chip crumbs on the floor and window ledge left behind from previous guests.

Nice hotel could use better cleaning in bathrooms and common areas. Would expect this for the price of the rooms. Towels worn out could be replaced. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Continental breakfast was subpar. Found stained sheets on the beds. The staff were excellent and change the sheet without question but the second set of sheet were also stained.

Booked a 3 night stay, everything was good up until we walked into our room. The room wasn’t cleaned properly or maybe even at all. Bed linens, pillow cases, sheets and duvets were stained and dirty. Cupboards and cabinets were sticky inside and out. found numerous pieces of garbage spread around the room. Toilet paper roll was not changed out and there was feces left on it by the last guest (luckily I noticed it before I went and grabbed toilet paper). The bathroom was not restocked, so there were no towels.

Hotel was nice, breakfast was good. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. We picked this hotel for a 3 day stay, and would likely have gone elsewhere had we known the pool was not open. They should have offered us a discount or free night, or something.

House keeping

Very clean hotel with friendly staffs. Kids loved the automatic hot chocolate/coffee machine, candy corner. Decent breakfast. Great stay over for family.
