This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of environment, service, and overall conditions. The meals were sufficient, and the menu was also very satisfying.

Beautiful rooms, really comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, and outstanding customer service. Breakfast delicious. Great location. Lovely, kind staff. Restaurant food high quality and delicious. Lovely pool area Beautiful surroundings, and birds. It was luxurious, so sad to leave. Felt like home from home. Keep doing what you do.

WiFi was down ☹️ that was extremely frustrating. They can do better with the breakfast options. More fruits would be great, especially in the summer with so many fruits in season. That was disappointing

Beautiful scenery and a relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was great however the menu is the same everyday. Wifi is not stable, it was the most disappointing part of my stay.

El parque botanico es precioso...todo esta en perfecto estado muy limpio, el cuidado de los detalles es sorprendente. No hay nada fuera de lugar, piscina,bar ,restaurantes..todo impecable. Hay varios lagos, senderos y lugares por descubrir..ideal para unos dias de relax..Hay muchos pavos reales

El hotel es maravilloso, jardin extremadamente bien cuidado,todo perfecto, la atención del personal del bar y desayuno muy buena..una excelente escapada ..el Internet es muy malo, la señal es pésima.

A wonderful place in terms of settings, as it has its own botanical garden, lakes etc. It is absolutely wonderful. Service was very helpful and friendly. As opposed to what Hotels.com say- you can check in any time day and night (reception is manned 24/7). The only point of improvement I'd suggest is to improve their signs around the resort- it is super easy to get lost and not be able to find the bar, restaurant or even the room (it is a big place with many little walkways, and I wasnt the only one lost most of the time ha ha). Thanks for a great stay!!
