Room was clean, but didn’t love that the lobby was covered in cat hair. If you have allergies to cats it would definitely be an issue.

Their system for assigning a room did not clearly indicate which rooms were available, and which were occupied. As a result, the first room that I was sent to was actally occupied already!

The room was clean but very basic and there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. Our room was on the back of building and the outside noise was an annoyance until the wee hours of the morning. We were there for only one night and it provided a place to sleep. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking.

Great price for a nice room. Large room and comfortable bed. Trains a bit noisy but it didn't really bother me. I'd stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Camrose LeChateau Hotel. The rooms have been nicely updated, and I especially appreciated that there was no carpet. The room also had a microwave and a decent-sized mini fridge, which made the stay much more convenient. The mattress was comfortable, and overall the room was clean, modern, and far better than I expected for the price. It felt like excellent value for the money. One of the highlights was definitely Ghost, the hotel’s reception mascot kitty. He’s a super chill cat who hangs out in the reception area and adds a unique, welcoming touch to the hotel experience. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay in Camrose, I would happily recommend it.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. We were not at the hotel for long. Just to check in and then sleep.

Though the hotel decor is outdated, the room was clean and quiet. Front deak staff were excellent. Though it took while to get hot water for the shower - once you got it, the water pressure was excellent and water stayed hot. Bathroom is small with no daily samples for shampoo/conditioner. Bed doesnt have a comfort topper so quite firm, took me a couple nights to get use to it. Staircase, halls have a smokey musty smell but rooms were not bad. Has books to read in the front lobby which waa nice. Would stay here again.

The property is run down and room we were given smelt like cigarette smoke. We cancelled our stay immediately. I was impressed that management and the person working the desk were accommodating and refunded us so we could go find another hotel.

This is a simple motel, rooms were functional, clean and recently renovated. The lobby/entrance area, stairs and parking lot still attention and there's no lounge in the restaurant (apparently coming) but if you're looking for a clean renovated room to lay your head this is a good option.
