Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great

Breakfast had not had enough option.

I enjoyed my stay very much! I even extended it by a day 😅 The staff were very kind and helpful. I don't speak Portuguese and they were patient and as I typed into my phone to translate, and they did the same too! I really enjoyed my stay there and whenever I return I'll be staying there again. Oh and the breakfast buffet, 10 out of 10! Thank you guys for making my stay memorable in a good way. The last place I stayed in Boa Vista was trash, so the fact that I enjoyed this time means a lot to me. Thank you.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Boa Vista is a little limited in terms of the options available. This hotel gets the job done with no frills. The service is decent, the folks are nice and it is clean.

A pleasant place to stay and affordable too. The oddities were no blankets on the bed only a thin sheet to cover maybe that was related to the energy mgmt philosophical a centipede appeared in the shower stall twice.

Parking is not that good

There were no English speaking people, but they were generally kind. They were kind enough to change my roon where wifi was not available.

Recently renovated with a big pizza restaurant on the front and improved breakfast. The rooms are a bit cramped if you get one with two beds, but still decent.

Calor de 32 graus, ar condicionado não funcionava, a janela dava de frente para uma casa que parecia abandonada , resumindo passei calor dentro do quarto e fui pro carro que tava mais fresco, paguei 350 reais pra isso? Horrível não volto mais

Os funcionários são super prestativos quando precisamos de algo para o quarto ou quando pedimos delivery etc A cama é muito confortável, mas o quarto que ficamos desta segunda vez, precisa de melhorias, pois tinha infiltração na parede e mofo no teto do banheiro, coisa fácil de resolver ... a vantagem deste hotel é o restaurante e também ser bem localizado, ter perto drogaria, supermercado etc

Hotel 3 estrelas. Me deram porém um quarto novo bom. Café da manhã 3 estrelas. Restaurante ok com atendimento ruim. Equipes simpáticas. Camareira ótima. Cama boa. Travesseiros ruins mas novos. Preço ok pelo padrão.
