Everything exceeded expectations. It was a truly delightful place to relax

This hotel is not close to the City center but it’s so worth it. This hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very attentive and they treat you as if you are the only guest there. They also have an amazing restaurant with great food and drinks. The concierge are always available to help and have a taxi ready for you when needed. They also have a great referral for a private transportation service, (Alfredo). He will also offer private tours.

Breakfast was great each day, but the weather in January was too cool to use the pool (it was almost always in the shade too). The property is a LONG WAY from the interesting sites in the city centre. We had to taxi everyday to the city centre (one day we walked for about 45 minutes) The staff was amazing!!!

Everyone of the staff members was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend staying here for your Oaxaca experience.

The grounds were beautiful, the room was spotless and perfect. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond and checked us in early as well as found information for us so we can attend a local soccer game.

Beautiful rooms, nice breakfast, but major complaint was that breakfast was served only 7:30a and after. Missed 4 breakfast meals as many tours/hikes begin at 8a in center of city 10-15 taxi, 45 min walk.

Nice rooms, nice staff, cute hotel. Can be loud especially if the restaurant is having a party, food isn’t good, not a buffet breakfast. Location is far from the city center. Felt more like a 3 star hotel

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were welcomed greeted treated like family. The rooms were very clean. The grounds are well maintained. The food is delicious. The restaurants on site are amazing. I will definitely be returning again for a longer period of time. This feels like my second home thank you so much, Casa Adobe for Making me feel like family. All of the staff is very helpful, courteous and professional. And yes, there is hot water contrary to some of the reviews here it’s just that you have to move the faucet at the opposite direction. The pool is very clean and the hot tub is hot and there is massages available and room service. There is an elevator and ramps throughout the property. It is multi levels, but that just makes it that much more interesting and beautiful. The entire place is filled with art.
