公寓式飯店，距離主要景點算很近，步行可抵達，最遠的西貝流士紀念碑約五公里，房間有簡易廚房及餐具、冰箱、洗碗機、洗衣機、餐桌。超市就在隔壁，四號電車可抵達火車站及主要景點。

Great three night stay here. Breakfast from the cafe next door was delightful and unique. A great place to stay, would have been better if there was a sofa in our medium studio (purely because it was rather large and empty!) The location was great, quiet but close to the centre. Walking distance to everything if you're able. If not there are trams everywhere! We enjoyed the easy check in and check out.

The hotel does not have a hotel sign. It’s called studios. Once we found it the check in is entirely in a tablet with no human interaction. The room was lovely with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The duvet on the double bed was a single so sleeping was a challenge to keep warm. Location was very good as it is near the heart of the city. Our cruise terminal was a 15 min car ride away for NCL. Viking was right nearby so it is hit or miss for planning. Restaurant isn’t open until dinner but you get 10% off

Super convenient location and check in. Was very fun to have a sauna in our location too. Storing luggage was very very nice too

Excellent location and place

Good location, in fact the Expedia booked rooms are so far from reception that they are back in Helsinki. Booked a large studio advertised with a separate bedroom. The separate bedroom was a bed surrounded by glass with zero privacy or seclusion from the main room, with no space for a bedside table. Not only not a bedroom, but the glass casing made the bed airless. Also no safe or TV in the rooms. Tiny bathroom. Not recommended.

This hotel is less than a five minute walk from the ferries wheel and the harbour where small boats leave from. My studio room was large with a small kitchen containing everything I needed for my four night stay. My only complaint is that the coffee provided was dreadful but thankfully I was able to purchase good quality coffee nearby. I used the kiosk to check-in and out and didn’t have any conversations with staff during my stay. Extra items like hairdryers, irons etc are all available to access with your keycard from lockers on each floor. I had a drink and appetiser at the bar on the day that I arrived. The two barmen were extremely helpful and put me at my ease. Sometimes it’s not comfortable sitting at the bar, alone in a foreign city, so I appreciated how they communicated with me. However it was closed on Sunday and Monday. The fire alarm went off at 2.30am on the first night. I wasn’t sure what to do and could hear and see no-one leaving their rooms. It seemed to be on for ages and I found it extremely difficult to get back to sleep when it eventually stopped. While I received an email two days later explaining what happened, it didn’t actually give apologise to guests like me who were disrupted. I was surprised by this and found it extremely disappointing. I highly recommend this hotel for the facilities and location.

Bed was rock solid, A/C in room was non-existent, couldn’t cool the room down at all, good luck sleeping if you open the window, with the sound of traffic and a screeching tram every 5 minutes, stopping for only 3 hours at 1:30am. Never checked out a hotel before the end of my stay until now. Never returning.

Very convenient location, near supermarket and tram. Nice units. Laundry facilities.

Great hotel well located for the city centre, but Expedia should flag that the rooms have no TV.

The location is perfect. Annika in the "host office" was extremely helpful. I didn't really need a kitchen - the main reason why I picked this place was that it advertised a Hotrub, along with the Sauna (sauna seems to be a standard in every HEL hotel). Only problem was that... don't laugh...the HOTtub was cold!! No one else was in either of them (there were two!) - wonder if it was malfunctioning that one evening? Also, again this is my personal preference, the main areas were all rather dark and gloomy. However, the room had a great view .. beyond the historic Tull and Packhaus building, you could see the sea, harbor, city market, the Wheel, etc. The terrace was great too! I didn't try their breakfast. In-room coffee was good.

This property has a great location, especially to the ports/ ferries. It has many helpful amenities. It also serves a long duration stays or apartments so there is a communal kitchen if you needed it. It has a modern / Nordic design. There is not much staff , you check in by yourself. Our room could have been cleaned better as we found nail clippings on the chairs and floors. Otherwise the property was great and perfect for our needs

Great place to stay,great location,air conditioned,great amenities(we used the jacuzzi,the sauna and the steam room). Checking had a little problem didn’t realized that I had to use the code that they emailed me, luckily the office was open (10:00 to 19:00). Great apartment

Great location, nice to have a kitchen and laundry in the room, restaurant/bar on-site, gym, sauna, and hot tub too!

Very nice place. The only main constraint was the very cumbersome checkin process when arriving in the night: even for the kids I had to scan the passports and type in emails and phone numbers separately and manually from the start. The form did not copy my information but everything had to be typed in and scanned. No use for such a cumbersome process and very frustrating in the middle of the night…

The location is amazing. Very good storage in the unit and it was so nice to have a way to wash my clothing at the end of my 2 week trip!

Beautiful view, beautiful room. Great location. There could have been more clear instructions for using the washing machine, and it didn’t distribute the detergent. There is no dryer, didn’t know that. The restaurant is connected but a different business. Great food and service, just don’t plan to take wine to your room. I had trouble finding my code to check in and no one was around. Overall great though, would stay there again.
