Trip with family excellent service great breakfast will stay again

This hotel was awesome ! The rooms were spacious and very clean . The staff were kind patient and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant . We will definitely be back again .

The hotel is clean. My room, however, smelled so strongly of some kind of room freshener (Febreze maybe?) that it disrupted my sleep the first night. I’m not sure if there was a smell they were trying to cover up, or if that’s just how they clean the rooms. On our second night there was a loud birthday party in a couple rooms and the second floor hallway. My daughter was cat called by some of the party guests while she walked to her room, and there were party guests knocking on room doors while they partied in the hallway. This went on until 2:00am. Only after 3 complaints to the front desk did the noise finally stop. The party noise should have been cut off at 10:00, and cat calling other guests in a common area should not have been tolerated by hotel staff. This group should have been kicked out after the first warning went unheeded.

Nice hotel . Breakfast could be better.

Hotel was nice, staff was great and the breakfast was okay. Negatives: I forgot my laptop and their computers don’t work so that wasn’t great, there was a roach in our room and the power kept shorting.

The stay was very pleasant. I was able to check in early which was perfect with 4 children and after driving 8 hours.

Customer service was on point and I see why they are always booked. I love the fact that you can text the front desk for anything you need. The breakfast was always on point. Thank you Tanisha for providing us with outstanding customer service, we felt at home.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were very pleasant even with my kids. Next time I’m in Atlanta I’ll be sure to stay again.

For being a Hilton hotel, the property is not up to its reputation. The cleanliness of the hotel could be better and the front desk staff. My family and I had an incident with a front desk staff. Her matter and attitude of addressing the issue were unprofessional. The hotel is pet friendly, my family did not take out pets, meaning that the cleanness of the hotel should be impeccable. This was not the case. The hotel had a horrible wet dog smell. Front desk staff would spray odor sprays which only made the smell worst. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Rooms are very spacious, breakfast is not the best so plan ahead, not all staff but one in particular was not only rude but did not make the stay comfortable.9

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and close to where we needed.

The property was in great condition and you could tell that the workers take pride in their work because it showed inside and outside. Special shout-out to all the employees that worked there you guys were wonderful.

Everything was fine, but when I asked for a service for cleaning, I told them there was a roach on the bathroom floor and I left the room. When I came back, everything was organized, but I saw the roach stain on the floor and that's when I knew they hadn't mapped it. but excluding that everything was excellent.
