Recommended hotel when you visit Sapa. Near to Sun Plaza, many restaurants and street food around there.

We actually just came here to stop by and shower. We checked in at 5 AM and checked out at 7:30 AM. Breakfast was included, so we enjoyed it, which was enough to give us energy for the climb to Fansipan. We could leave our luggage until the evening, as the shuttle picked us up for the Hong Kong flight at 9 PM. The owner and staff were friendly, and the room was clean and had a mountain view.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful when we ordered a Grab to the bus station. The room was spacious. It's close to Sun World, and there's a cheap shop selling Vietnamese goods in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. I'd stay here again if I ever go to Sapa.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. We were able to store our luggage and were provided with a waiting area and heater, so we didn't get cold until the evening while waiting for the sleeper bus to pick us up. Breakfast was average, not very tasty, but had enough variety. The hotel Wi-Fi was good.

Our room was great, we got a room with a view. At first the bed warmer didnt work. We text the concierge and they come immediately. We got buffet for breakfast and the variety was quite a lot. The bathroom was clean. They was very friendly and Hotel guests are allowed to store their belongings.

All the staff are friendly..happy to smile..it's worth staying here..even though it's a 2 star hotel..it feels like a 4 star hotel.

The staff were very friendly and kind, and we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It's quite quiet and comfortable, and very close to Sapa Station and motorbike taxis to Cat Cat Village 🙏☺️💕

I stayed on July 4, 2025, in room 505, with a beautiful mountain view and a spacious room. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my luggage until the sleeper bus arrived.

The hotel is very accessible, close to the city center, cafes and good food places. If you want to go to a cafe with a view, this hotel can be an option. The staff is friendly, you can leave your stuff before checking in. The downside is, the bathroom lights are quite dim.

So near from sapa center only 130 m and also the staff is so friendly and we can stay before our time to check in and use the toilet or anything. I really like the room and also all the staffs there. I give 5 stars for the service

The Comfort Hotel in Sapa, Vietnam. Very recommended.

Too many Filipinos here and they are too noisy. Avoid them if you want to feel more and more relaxed.
