Homestay rất gần phố cổ, có thể đi bộ hoặc xe đạp được. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi cơ bản. Gia chủ rất hiếu khách, cô chú nói chuyện với mình thân tình như người trong nhà. Homestay cho mượn xe đạp miễn phí để di chuyển trong phố cổ nữa.
