We were greeted immediately, very friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

All staff members have a smile on their face. Can brighten everyone’s mood.

All was good except the Breakfast Offering. Could have more variety of food and also not restrict the breakfast menu to only 1 choice. That’s not generous at all.

Amazingly good service- we will definitely consider the hotel on our next visit and possibly in other countries.

Service is more than what you expect in a very good way. Don’t need to search anywhere else if you want a special service, treatment and good memory in Japan.

Such a luxurious space with an exceptional friendly and accommodating staff. Everything was outstanding and I would return to stay here again and again.

The service was great and the people were so nice and friendly. The property looked quite new and was very clean and modern.

We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and especially the staff. They met and exceeded our every need. The room was the most technologically advanced we ever stayed in. It was also well furnished and very clean. We would highly recommend the Continental Yokohama Pier 8. As an added bonus our cruise ship docked at the hotel.

Beautiful view of harbor - happened to be there for a fantastic drone and fireworks display. Staff in all areas were so nice

Comfort and luxury on the iconic Yokohama waterfront. The staff were remarkable, and the accommodations were above and beyond what I’ve experienced at other Intercontinental properties. 11 out of 10!

Beautiful views and very nice clean rooms. That staff was very helpful bridging my language gap.

Loved this location. Roof top is added value. Advertised boat shuttle service which was my deciding factor in booking but service is closed for cherry blossom season. Would have been nice if web site had been updated to show as our granddaughter was a bit disappointed until we found another venue.
