With a fairly hard struggle during the trip due to the High Season traffic jam, finally arrived at the Villa even though it was a late check in. The villa is comfortable & clean, all facilities are functioning well. The guard is very kind & helpful. More or less according to each person's taste.

Dengan perjuangan yang lumayan kerja keras selama perjalanan karena macet High Season, akhirnya sampai di Villa biarpun late check in. Villa nyaman & bersih, semua fasilitas berfungsi baik. Penjaganya sangat baik & helpful. Kurang lebihnya sesuai selera masing masing saja.

When we arrived at the concrete road, my disabled brother had to walk holding onto the wall for 200 meters from the parking lot. After arriving and resting, he was suddenly told to move the car to a location FURTHER AWAY because the temporary parking lot was going to be used by the villa owner. There were no signs along the road. The villa was okay, but it was like being pranked repeatedly.

pas nyampe jalan di cor, kakak saya yang cacat harus jalan pegangan tembok sejauh 200meter dari parkiran, udah sampe dan istitahat, tibatiba disuruh mindahin mobil ke lokasi yang LEBIH JAUH karena parkiran sementaranya mau dipakai oleh pemilik villa, sepanjang jalan juga gaada papan penunjuk arah, villa nya oke, tapi kayak kena prank berkali-kali

Kami mohon maaf sekali atas ketidaknyamanan yang anda alami selama menginap. Terkait perbaikan jalan dan menyebabkan tidak bisa parkir di villa sudah kami infokan sebelum check in dan memang tidak dari jauh hari karena perbaikan baru saja dimulai. Kami memahami hal ini cukup merepotkan dan kami sangat menghargai pengertiannya serta akan terus berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan untuk pengalaman menginap yang lebih baik di masa mendatang. First time gathering with extended family at Villa Eldorado. The road to the villa is quite a bit of effort but it pays off with the place & view. The villa guard is kind & good service. The swimming pool needs to be drained to be cleaner & fresher. Maybe it would be better if there were more sports facilities like billiards or table tennis. Overall it's fun.

Perdana ngumpul dengan keluarga besar di Villa Eldorado. Jalan menuju Villa lumayan sedikit effort tapi terbayar dengan tempat & view nya. Penjaga villa baik & good service. Kolam renang perlu dikuras biar lebih bersih & segar. Mungkin lebih bagus lagi ditambah fasilitas olahraga ala ala seperti bilyar atau tenis meja. Overall menyenangkan koq.

Facilities according to daploka, really refreshing copying the view of the original mountain is really cool and the water is really cool. The bedrooms are clean and neat, all facilities are complete.

Fasilitas sesuai daploka, benar-benar refresh banget ngopi view-nya gunung asli sih keren banget berenang pun airnya sejuk banget. Kamar tidurnya bersih dan rapi, semua fasilitas lengkap.
