Great hotel, close to Tsukuba train station, best breakfast ever!

very good customer service from hotel. front desk staff (arakawa san) was cordial and helpful. happy hour free drink/beer was a big plus.

Good location. Close to station, grocery and restaurants. Nice and cosy hotel at reasonable price.

Very safe and convenient.

Staff is very friendly and patience when assisting us. While the hotel does not have star rated facilities, it is a great economical option as accommodation. 1 minute walk from Tsukuba Express Misato-chou station. From Misato-chou station can easily get to Akihabara station to transit to other route (including monorail to Haneda).

Breakfast was very delicious.

近くに食べ物屋がいっぱいあるので良い

無料の朝食は、正直期待はしていなかったのですが、スタッフ手作りのヌカ漬けは最高でした。
