While the location is located near everything in the old city, it’s quiet. I liked it because it was small and not heavily trafficked.

Our room was overlooking the park and it was beautiful. The location is superb. The check-in process was slightly funky due to having to locate the main hotel when we were staying in a suite in a different building, but it was not a big issue. Room was comfortable but be warned that the espresso maker in the room must be turned off after your cup is poured. Delicious coffee though. If you want to see the Alcazar book in advance! Beware the audio tours of the Cathedral for being overpriced. Late March was a great time to visit in terms of weather.

Visited for a day trip to Seville from Portugal and wanted something in a great area - and everything greatly exceeded my expectations! The location was superb (5-10 min walk to everything). Staff were amazing for check in and check out, room was perfect for what we needed and everything was super clean. Again, can’t say enough about it…top notch!

Lodging is a little small . . . but the location absolutely amazing. Block from the Alcazar. Facing gardens. Easy walk to everything. Wonderful balcony - we could see peacocks from our balcony and had guitar player below our balcony on a few occasions.

Great place, close to restaurants, shops and main attractions. Beautiful area, clean modern hotel. Check in instructions on orbitz were a little bit confusing and sent us to a hotel near by( this is only for early or late arrivals). We enjoyed our stay. Definitely would pick same place again.

The hotel is ideally placed in the old quarter and is in several different buildings. For ease of registration you should respond to the hotel about your arrival and get their specific instructions for check in before you arrive. Coming by car is a challenge but doable. Our room was excellent and very well equipped. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Really nice place to stay , very close to all the tourist attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Only a minor drawback is that their main reception is at their other hotel which is like only 2 mins away but just to note that the reception in this location is only for a limited time and not 24 hrs. Even then if you call them late at night they will try and take care of any requests.

One of the most intriguing places I’ve ever stayed surrounded by the most beautiful setting. There was even a peacock that roosted for the night, above the orange trees, on the ancient city wall outside of our balcony!

Need maintenance in some areas and bathrooms

Everything was perfect. Safe, clean, lots of restaurants/cafes/bars/cutlure. This is the place you want to stay at in Seville. The staff was great! Nuria at the front desk is excellent.

Check in was easy. The room was very clean. Plenty of shops/restaurants/bars/cafes nearby. It's a perfect location. Nuria at the front desk was very welcoming with a warm smile. She helped with all our questions and was very helpful. Look no further, this is the place you want to stay at in Seville. The rooms look exactly like the picture.
