I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The suite I received looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which was frustrating from the start and were drastically different than other suites on the same floor.
The check-in experience was poor. When we entered the room, the lights and AC did not work. I called reception and was told someone would come to fix the issue, but after waiting more than 30 minutes, no one showed up. I eventually had to walk to the reception office, which is located off the property, only to be met with attitude and told they were busy. I was simply handed a card for the lights with no apology for the inconvenience or the long wait.
I also raised concerns that the room was not what had been advertised online. My concerns were dismissed, and I was told that because they were fully booked, I could potentially change rooms the next day. However, no one ever followed up with me.
The biggest issue was the condition of the room itself. The sheets and blanket on the sofa bed had visible dirty stains. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the shower leaked water all over the floor, the sink was clogged and filled with water, and there was a strong mildew and sewer smell with poor ventilation throughout the bathroom.
For the price that I paid for a three-night stay, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
