Great location

The location of the hotel is amazing, near from everything!

The hotel is situated around the WTC. All infrastructure services are vast: restaurants, banks, grocery stores, department stores, and boutiques in the area are very pleasant.

I love the location!

Área was safe. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I left my valuables out I completely forgot to put them in the safe and everything was there I came back, this means room service was trustworthy. I would definitely book here again. The hotel was in a safe area.

Nice surprise on this hotel, has everything you need. Clean, quiet and from a walking distance from the World Trade Center and Insurgentes Ave which has a lot of restaurant options. Very safe zone.

Pros: The staff at reception is amazing, especially María, who is very attentive and goes above and beyond to assist guests (like helping carrying luggage). The location is great, very close to shopping, dining and local transportation (walking distance to WTC, Insurgentes Avenue). Just in Nueva York street there are several restaurants, cafes, nail salons, bakeries, convenience stores and a park. The suites are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with an equipped kitchen with countertop stove, microwave, fridge, capsule coffee machine, dining and cookware. Beds are comfortable and suites have lots of natural light and a small balcony. Cons: Although overall the suites are clean, the bed linens had a funny smell, I would recommend a stronger detergent or laundry practices. The wifi connection is weak and shows as not secure. Not good for work. The area seems safe, police does rounds around the neighborhood, but the property could benefit from adding extra security feautures. Water pressure in shower is bit weak, and temperature is not easy to control. They have Dish TV, but if you’re looking to watch local TV, not all channels show.

Fabulous service, clean, convenient Indian restaurant next door. Rooms are well appointed with a suite like kitchen. Close to trade center , 20 minutes to the airport. Safe area.

The rooms are nice. If you come back late you have to get access to enter the building by banging on the gate. Sometimes there's no one at the front desk to let you in so it can take some time. The breakfast situation didn't make a lot of sense so we didn't eat there. But the location is great and the bed is very comfortable!

Room is as described and staff/room service are friendly. Utensils weren't in usable condition, so couldn't use the kitchen until I bought some own vessels. Gym is a small room that can be used by one person at a time. Breakfast is decent but not too many veg. options apart from bread.

The morning breakfast on the 6th floor is just okay -- definitely a few options for vegetarians. The restaurant food is good , some dishes they serve are really good, others are decent. The front desk receptionists will help you with making calls or translating stuff from Spanish to English. Good location -- easy access to downtown , airport and nearby World Trade Center, Walmart etc. On the last day they promised me initially that I can stay till 2 pm but then we were asked to leave by 1 pm. That left a sour taste , otherwise it was a decent experience.

Las sábanas son de terrible calidad y estaban manchadas, el estacionamiento se cobra a parte por noche y se usa elevador para meter los autos, dañaron mi auto de la facia trasera y evidentemente no se hacen responsable por ningún daño al vehículo. La comida es mala, y no hay atención adecuada, pedí en un horario la comida y la llevaron media hora tarde porque les recordé que había programado el almuerzo a un horario. Parece que tener cocina en la habitación es una ventaja, pero el refrigerador es muy ruidoso, no deja descansar. Finalmente, me tocó el temblor de 6.5 y no vi que hicieran inspección al edificio, no llamaron a la habitación para preguntar si todo estaba en orden ni llamaron por teléfono.

Estaba sucio, descuidado, la atención en administración mala vinieron a verme unos amigos no tardaron ni media hora y como delincuentes dejé identificación en ve de llamar y preguntar
