Sent welcome email, twice. No mention of a form to be completed or an additional charge for cleaning, and then they would not answer the phone

Although the cleaning fees were not stated on Expedia, the apartment was cute with customer service answering the phone and giving me prompt advice when needed. Except the kitchen appliances and cutlery support as well as knifes, forks, etc. and theirs drawer, the apartment was clean and really cozy, with a big balcony facing the park on the west. I have advised them that the kitchen cleaning was poor, sending them also pictures. I told them that cleaning fees shall not be applied on a long stay, on the one hand, nor they be imposed after the payment was done as a requirement of sending me the check in details. I hope they will correct it in the future, as I like the apartment and want to rent it in the future.

Not close to old town as avertised actually its from everything.

The property almost like new. Clean and tidy. Easy access and great location.

Horrible !!!! Personne sur place .... enregistrement sur internet ... Menage a payer en plus si on veut acceder a la chambre : 200 Ron pour une nuit : une honte / un scandale... Une arnaque
