Great hotel. Love the location by the park and castle. Very quiet rooms with comfy beds. Kind staff. Would stay there again.

Breakfast only. No room service or anything available in the hotel. No amenities. Staff was pleasant but not overly helpful.

The room was very strange. We had to bend down walking through half the room!!! Ceiling was way too low!!!

In a really great location, a little bit removed from old town so you are away from the noise at night. But you're only a 5 min walk (through a beautiful park) to access old town. Hotel and rooms were very nice. Updated and clean. The shower was a bit hard to navigate as the shower head was detachable and didn't stay in place, so I had to hold it with my hand the entire time. Oh, and no conditioner. Otherwise, a great stay )

Location was perfect. Easy walk to all areas. Loved the room plenty of space. Had superior double plenty of space. nice and clean. Breakfast plentiful. Fruits , yoghurt, cake, cheeses cold meats, cooked omelettes, scrambled pancakes, beans , sausages. Plenty of selection. Small quiet hotel. Really liked location accross from the park. Easy access to all attractions, Castle, square river etc. helpful at reception.

I chose this property because I read that it was quiet ànd because I saw that it was in between the Wawel castle and the old market square. Ànd it certainly fit the bill. It was modern inside. The room was large. The staff was very helpful. We did not have the breakfast because it seemed expensive ànd there were several good breakfast options nearby. You could walk almost everywhere although thé Schindler factory museum would have been somewhat far. But, all in all, à well-placed attractive plave to stay.

Highly recommend this hotel. rooms, great service, excellent breakfast and perfect location to explore Krakow.

We just loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and very helpful. We started off with a cool room on the top floor but the ceiling was slanted/dormered and since my husband is 6'3" that didn't work too well for him and so the next day when there was a room available, the manager had no problem moving us. The location was great and they gave us many great suggestions for dinner. We enjoyed walking through the lovely park across from the hotel to the Main Market Square where there was always so much going on and it was great to end our daily adventure with a stop at the bar for a nightcap.

What a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are very spacious. We stayed for the Easter weekend and they extended breakfast hours, had Easter treats in the room and celebrated Easter with cakes. The staff were really helpful and the location was fantastic. 5 mins from the old town square and Wawel castle but surrounded by a beautiful park. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, stylish hotel in a beautiful quiet area. Great knowledgable staff at the reception and bar. However, make sure you get a room with a view, otherwise you will find yourself surrounded by apartments very close to your windw.

Lovely hotel, clean and staff are lovely. We stayed bed and breakfast which was so nice with lots of choices. Plus the comfiest bed ever!!

Everything was great and a very walkable distance to all things!
