El mejor hotel de la ciudad sin duda.

Everything was great , the room and the staff. The only thing was our room keys (3rms total) did not work upon re entry as we were getting back from a wedding , with bride and all, not the end of the world but not the best way to end the night.

A special thanks to Isabella (restaurant) and the entire hotel staff for accommodating our needs each and every time we stay here!

Safe, awesome customer service, we traveled from Phoenix for a wedding and they worked with us on a early check-in, so nice of them, we are greatly appreciated and will recommend to all of our friends and family

Hotel hallways and hotel rooms smell awful. Could smell better like odorant or cleaning products.

The hotel and restaurant staff was serviceable, attentive and kind. The hotel amenities are ok. Pretty hotel but smells kinda weird. Hotel hallways smell awful the moment you step out of the elevator and the room smells off.

It felt pretty standard. The in-room service was ok but the buffet food quality was frankly poor. Fruit gone bad, egg was dry and over cooked and the bread was not fresh. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and did their best to provide a good experience. The restaurant's manager did a superb job in accommodating a table for a big group.

The hotel was amazing and enjoyed my time there until I had to leave a day early due to my safety. I asked for a refund for the nights I left early and did not received the refund.
