Remember dun want book and pay any deposit when check in. I received this photo in my whatapps tht day mentioned tht my things was left outside the door and forgot to bring into my room are charging rm 200 to me. Once I received this message between less than 5mins I did bring in to my room. Where and what the t&c show from hotel or Traveloka tht forgotten things left outside the room will give the penalty? Without any warning. It is very unfair to us due to we are forgot to bring in my things only. And your management staff there are very difficult to communicated. The staff there is seen like without working permit, asking them the staff id they unable to show us. We felt that we are cheated from your side, the deposit paid must by cash, and once check out hold our rm 200 cash and said this incident! We felt tht booking under Traveloka hotel like not in the proper management hotels. This hotel make us spoiled our holidays mood.

Ketinggian-nya membuat panorama keindahan-nya terlihat di atas gedung, lumayan semua dekat sama shopping, ke mana-mana berapa menit saja. Tempatnya sangat bagus, tapi kamarnya lumayan lahh, standar bersih.

Jika booking lewat travel agent, bersiap anda tidak akan mendapatkan service yang baik. Anda telpon ke agen pun tidak pernah diangkat, sampai mau check out baru diangkat. Apartment ini sebenarnya bagus, tetapi dia ada 2 macam, langsung booking dengan hotel atau dengan agen-agen travel ini, jika dengan agen travel ini siap-siap anda stres! Ada komplain di ruangan, misal ada yang tidak bisa dipakai, semua di cuekin! Parah sekali. Not recommend buat nginep di sini lagi!

Firstly, how come we need to pay for luggage man? Pick luggage at lobby to bring in the room. When I get the luggage in the room the man requested to charge/ pay the service. Very disappointed! This is the worst hotel/ apartment I got. Second, luckily this picture only I can upload. Actually I have a lot of photos to share. We pay so expensive but what we get? I thought I can enjoy the holiday with my family. Very disappointed. I'm working hotel lines in Singapore. Act you need to provide many thing in the room. What we get - the room no hairdryer, no basket laundry, no dishwashing liquid, no kitchen towel, no tissue paper in other toilet, no bath mat, no hand towel, no slippers. The tv and kitchen light wasn't not working also. The sponge you all didn't change. The linens got stain! It's very bad. Everything bad! Very disappointed! Very different from other apartment!

Check in was a breeze. The unit we got was not the unit that was shown in the picture so the pictures were misleading. Picture showed an island in the kitchen and a bathtub in the bathroom- the one we got had none of that. But very good value for the price we paid for. One of airconditioners in the dining area was leaking causing me to slip and fall. My hand caught the fall so I strained my finger. It 's been 2 weeks and I still have limited movement on that hand. We lodged a complaint and they immediately informed us that they will get someone to fix it. Overall, good value for money!

The unit staff is really helpful, they are responsive and responsible. The check in is smooth. The facilities in the unit is complete and the cleanliness is fair. Some cushion and towel are ripped. I lodge complaint to the staff at 11 pm, and within minutes the staff send new sets of towel. This is amazing. The pool view is breathtaking with 3 amazing buildings ' view. KLCC, Kuala Lumpur tower and Merdeka Tower. However, there is lacking of shower facilty, changing room is not available at all and we have to change our swimming suit to dry clothes at the corner of the swimming pool.

Agent overlooked our booking. Booking for 6 people and 3bedroom but only got 2. Promise to give 2 extra mettress. Only got 1bed, 1 access card, 1 parking, another 1 parking need to pay rm30. Reason too many people. Non sense. Lift too busy. And found pampers belong other person. Not sure they do the cleaning or not. For sure not come again under this agent.
