Clean room and helpful staff, excellent property

This place was ok. The highlights were the staff and the location, and Café Karin across the street. I booked this place through Expedia and it was not clear that this was resident apartments, not a hotel. The residences are charged extra for parking, for the use of the spa, use of bath robes, etc. These place is also very noisy.... because of the tile halls you can hear every conversation, door closing and footstep from the halls. There were young kids running and screaming down the halls in the morning and drunk people partying all night in the hotel bar screaming down the halls. I booked a massage in the spa which is near the children's play room so instead of a relaxing hour, I heard kids screaming and adults conversing right outside the space..... not a good set-up. Also, the beds are futons and the mattresses have a permanent impression in them so it wasn't very comfortable. I wish Expedia gave me the option of booking the hotel versus the apartments because what we got was not the kind of holiday we were looking for. If we return to Val Gardena, we will stay elsewhere.

Great and very helpfull reception staff, all the staff were lovely,very clean throughout , great breakfast and nice pool after a days skiing We will be back

Good room, friendly staff and great location. Only negative is thin walls between rooms, so if you have loud neighbours, it can get uncomfortable.

I have been to this place 3 times. It is an OK place but I was disappointed with my room (apartment). No privacy curtains. You have to pay extra for ropes and slippers. I did not like the nickel and dime thing. Breakfast was OK. They have small amenities and have to make an appointment for pool and spa. Good location though. I will most likely pick another place next time with sauna with the pool in one place.

Great location and amenities overall. Very comfortable stay right in the centre of Selva. Spa facilities fairly good. Overall recommended.

Hotel was ok and the restaurant was good but the staff was rude and not very friendly (I guess it’s their way in that part of Italy). Having to book to use the pool was very inconvenient and not a good experience at all.

The back part of the first floor smell like smoke. Otherwise location is excellent and breakfast was awesome

We had a wonderful stay at Anteres. I loved that we had parking as it can be difficult to find in town. Also the property was very clean, comfortable, elegant and welcoming.

The hotel was well worth the price. It was clean, quiet, and offered many amenities.

Beds were very comfortable. We had a kitchenette so it would have been nice to have some basic spices, salt , pepper, etc Loved all the storage cubes. Would have appreciated stove instructions as non of us were accustomed to this type of stove top. Views snd location were amazing!!

The hotel's facility is great. The location is great: the bus stop is only 200m away, supermarket is just behind the hotel, etc. The problem is hospitality. We found one of the receptionists wasn't friendly at all and sounds arrogant when answering our inquiries. Because we aren't European, this kind of behavior may be thought of being racist; so, please be careful.

Clean, modern, friendly

We loved our time in the beautiful village of Selva di Val Gardena! The accommodations were very comfortable, close to store, restaurants.

Property was in a beautiful and convenient spot, there were no bad angles - everywhere you look Selva provided views!! The property itself is a little bit of a rabbit warren but once you understand where you need to go, it gets easier!

Very good location. Recently upgraded, clean and nice. Maneuvering between the buildings is little bit challenging.

Very bad experience at check-in. When we arrived, they tried to charge us an extra room for our 10-month-old baby. A problem that was resolved when I asked to speak to a manager. They also wanted to charge extra for everything. We asked for a sheet change after an incident and had to pay extra. You already pay a premium price due to the location, but it was as if they thought they were giving you a "deal" and wanted to make extra money with every small regular service that is included in every hotel in the world. The hotel doesn't look bad at first glance, but it has small rooms, complicated layout, and not clean under the beds. I would definitely look for better options as there are many in the area.
